五种主要时态
初中阶段,同学们主要学习了以下五种时态:一般现在时、现在进行时、现在
完成时、一般过去时和一般将来时。本单元复习这五种时态。
知识点1 一般现在时
1.形式:主语+do/does;主语+am/is/are
2.用法:
(1)表示现在经常发生的或习惯性动作,也可表示现在存在的特征或状态等,常与
always、every time、now and then、often、seldom、sometimes、usually等连用。
He always goes to work by bus,and he takes a walk with his wife after dinner

3.特殊用法:表示将要发生的动作
go、come、leave、start、take等趋向性动词的现在进行时可以表示按最近的计划或安
排将要发生的动作,或即将开始/结束的动作。

并非所有的动词都可用于进行时态,下列动词不能用于进行时态:
①表示感觉、感知的动词:see(看见)、seem、appear、smell、taste、sound等。
②表示感情的动词:like、love、hate、dislike、hope、prefer(更喜欢)、refuse、
want、wish等。
③表示存在状态的动词:exist、remain(仍然是)、stay等。
④表示占有和从属关系的动词:belong(拥有)、contain(包含)、own等。
⑤表示思考、理解等心理活动的动词:believe、doubt、forget、know、remember、
understand等。

—Yes,I have already finished it.是的,我已经做完了。

have/has gone to与have/has been to的区别:
have/has gone to强调"去而未归";have/has been to强调"去而归来"。
(2)表示动作从过去某时开始一直持续到现在,现在未完成,还有可能继续持续下
去,常同recently、so far、in the last/past…、up to now、 "for+时间段"和"since+时
间点"等连用。
He has worked here for over twenty years.他在这里工作已有20多年了。

某些非延续性动词,如leave、arrive、come、go、return、join、die、buy、
borrow等的完成式,不能与"for+时间段"或"since+时间点"等连用,要先将这些动词
转化为相应的延续性动词才能与一段时间连用。试比较:
我买这台电脑有一年了。
【误】I have bought the computer for a year.
【正】I have kept the computer for a year.

知识点4 一般过去时
1.形式:主语+did;主语+was/were
2.用法:
(1)表示过去某个时间发生的动作或产生的状态。常与表示过去的时间状语连用,
如yesterday、 last week、 in 2000、 two years ago、 a moment ago等。
The boy fell off his bike yesterday.这个男孩昨天从自行车上摔了下来。
(2)表示过去一段时间内经常发生的或习惯性的动作。常与often、 usually、
sometimes等表示频度的词连用。
I often went to school on foot last term.上学期我经常步行去上学。

如何写叙事类记叙文
叙事类记叙文主要对某一事件的发生、发展和结果进行叙述,重在叙述事情发
生、发展的过程。英语写作中的叙事类记叙文写作重点考查语言运用的正确性、句
子的连贯性、信息表述的完整性等。
叙事类记叙文写作时应注意的问题:
常用表达
1.交代时间的常用表达:

Chances are that if you're looking to live a more sustainable lifestyle, not
everyone around you will be ready to jump on that bandwagon .
I experienced this when I started switching to a zero waste lifestyle five years
ago, as I was living with my parents, and I continue to experience this with my
husband, as he is not completely zero waste like me. I've learned a few things
along the way though, which I hope you'll find encouraging if you're doing your
best to figure out how you can make the change in a not-always-supportive
household.
Zero waste was a radical lifestyle movement a few years back. I remember
showing my parents a video of Bea Johnson, sharing how cool I thought it would
be to buy groceries with jars, and have so little trash! A few days later, I came
back with my first jars of zero waste groceries, and my dad commented on how
silly it was for me to carry jars everywhere. It came off as a bit discouraging .
Yet as the months of reducing waste continued, I did what I could that was
within my own reach. I had my own bedroom, so I worked on removing things I
didn't need. Since I had my own toiletries(洗漱用品), I was able to start
personalising my routine to be more sustainable. I also offered to cook every so
often, so I portioned out a bit of the cupboard for my own zero waste groceries.
Perhaps your household won't entirely make the switch, but you may have some
control over your own personal spaces to make the changes you desire.
As you make your lifestyle changes, you may find yourself wanting to speak
up for yourself if others comment on what you're doing, which can turn itself into
a whole household debate. If you have individuals who are not on board, your
words probably won't do much and can often leave you feeling more discouraged.
So here is my advice: Lead by action.

如何做观点态度题
观点态度指作者对某一事件或问题的观点或态度,对所陈述的观点是赞同、反
对还是犹豫不定,对所记叙或描写的人、物或事件是赞颂、同情、支持还是厌恶、
反对。文章一般不会直接表明作者的态度,需要考生根据文章措辞的褒贬来揣摩作
者的态度。作者的思想倾向和感彩往往隐含在文章的字里行间,或流露于修饰
的词语之中,因此在推断过程中,考生应特别注意文中作者的措辞,尤其是表达感
彩的形容词、副词、动词及所举的例子。此类题目除了考查作者在整篇文章中
所表现的态度和写作意图外,还会考查作者对具体的人或事物的态度或评价。此类
题属于得分率较低的高难度题。
观点态度主要分为三大类:
1.支持、赞同、乐观等: supportive、 approving(赞同的)、 positive、 optimistic、
etc.
2.反对、批评、怀疑等: negative、 disapproving、 critical(批评的)、 doubtful、
disappointed、 etc.
3.中立、客观、公正等:neutral(中立的)、 objective(客观的)、 fair、 etc.
做观点态度题时要注意:
1.切忌将自己的观点强加于作者,不要用带有主观倾向的视角评判作者的态度。
2.作者引用别人的观点时,务必要分辨清楚作者引用的观点是作为支持还是反对的
例证,要注意区分作者本人和其他人物的观点和态度。
3.观点态度题也可能是文章中提到的某个人物或机构等的态度,其分析方法同上文。
如上面试题中的第25题,从文中的silly、discouraging等词可以看出,作者父亲的态
度是消极的、不赞成的。

simple invitation: to join her in swimming in cold water. Her offer isn't limited to
the summer months, either. Ringwood and her husband Gary swim in cold water in
the swimming pool all year round."To me, it's not just about swimming. It's a
unique experience," she says.
Ringwood simply calls her hobby "swimming", but some people have begun to
promote cold-water swimming as a treatment for a variety of diseases.
While cold-water swimming is a newfound passion, scientists say that there's
not much evidence supporting the claims of these health benefits. Nor is the
activity without risk."Extreme temperature changes can possibly cause heart attacks,
even death," says Fran?ois Haman, a scientist at the University of Ottawa in
Canada.
When your body meets cold water, it can be shocking. Scientists call this the
"cold shock" response (反应).When your skin senses the cold water, it causes
you to take a quick deep breath for air and your heart rate to rise quickly to a
very high level, which leads to an increase in blood pressure.
Experts say that being in cold water is more dangerous than in cold air. Water
conducts heat much more effectively than air, meaning that it can draw the heat
from your body more quickly and efficiently. For those new to the sport, Haman
suggests starting slowly, getting used to colder water during the fall, especially
paying attention to safety.
According to supporters, cold-water swimming can improve health and
immunity (免疫力), and help relieve pain. Denis Blondin, a professor at the
University of Sherbrooke in Quebec, says that while there is some previous
scientific research to back up these claims, many of these studies included only a
small number of participants(参与者) who were mainly young men from
European countries, which limits what scientists can say more broadly and in other
populations.

little face was bright. "Hi, I'm Ashley. Do you want to play dolls with me "
she asked. I looked over and saw Mom nodding to me with a smile. I bent
