Step II :Learning aims (学习目标) The teacher write the learning aims on the blackboard and make students know what they will learn in class. The students must read the learning aims together and make sure to know what to study in this lesson.
Step III: Teaching procedures (教学 环节) Presentation (展示呈现) Have a brainstorm about career . The teacher can fully stimulate the students’ interests to present their personal ideas about ambitions. Write down the words about career which they can remember in groups of four. Then present them in front of class .
Practice of skills (技能训练) 1. Show some questions on ppt . And then practice listening part. 2.Let the students read the text and be familiar with it by answering questions. 3.Give students some time to underline the key phrases and structures that they can’t understand,and then explain . 4.Ask the students to fill in the blanks with the useful expressions in this lesson. 5. Drill the dialogue 1. Listen and answer questions . 2. Read the lesson silently and answer the questions 3.Learn to use language points with the help of the teacher . 4. Complete number 2 of “ Think About It “. 5. Act out the dialogue in roles 6.Complete exercise 3 within “Let’s do it ”

Ask students to talk about questions: Would you like to be a pilot Why or why not Do you have a fear of heights What will you do to overcome it Talk about these questions in pairs. Then share with others.
Step II :Learning aims (学习目标) The teacher write the learning aims on the blackboard and make students know what they will learn in class. The students must read the learning aims together and make sure to know what to learn in this lesson.
Step III: Teaching procedures (教学 环节) Presentation (展示呈现) Show some pictures and teach new words. Then read and try to remember these words. Read the text and try to understand the text with new words and several pictures on ppt. Make sentences using these words ,then remember them. Read the text aloud and pay attention to the pronunciation of new words and phrases.
Practice of skills (技能训练) 1.Listen to the passage and correct pronunciation, understand the passages’ meaning,then write down true or false. 2.Read the lesson and answer the questions. (At first, read the questions and know the meaning. Secondly, read the passage silently and find the answers to the questions. ) 3.Ask the students to read the yearbook again and get to do exercises No.1. 1.Listen to the passage and pay attention to the pronunciation, understand the passage meaning,then write down “true or false.” 2.Read the yearbook more times and know the main meanings of that. Then talk with his or her partner. 3.Read the passage and try to complete Let’s do it No.1 (answer the above questions).

Including a photo or drawing your own pictures about ideal 2.Then put all of the yearbook pages together and make a big class yearbook.
