Dream of the Red Chamber《红楼梦》,也叫《石头记》 It is also called The story of the Stone, written by Cao Xueqin, is one of China's Four Great Classical Novels. It was written during the Qing Dynasty. The work, published in English as Dream of the Red Chamber(1929,first appeared in manuscript form in Beijing during Cao Xueqin’s lifetime. In 1791,almost 30 years after his death, the novel was published in a complete version of 120 chapters prepared by Cheng Weiyuan and Gao E. Uncertainty remains about the final 40 chapters of the book;they may have been forged by Gao,substantially written by Cao Xueqin and simply discovered and put into final form by Cheng and Gao,or perhaps composed by an unknown author. The Story of the Stone(1973–1986) is a complete five-volume English translation. Dream of the Red Chamber,Hong-lou-meng,a novel written by Cao Xueqin in the 18th century is generally considered to be the greatest of all Chinese novels and among the greatest in world literature.

Title of the book:Journey to the West
Your point of view:successful
Reasons:It is a magic novel adapted from a real adventure. In the Tang Dynasty, four monks travelled to the old India on foot for the truth of Buddhism. In spite of all the dangers, troubles and the far distance along the way, they finally succeeded by overcoming all those difficulties. As the only masterpiece of the writer,it impressed me deeply by the main characters’ bravery and their strong will of moving on. In my eyes, the story is inspiring and thought-provoking. 2 The film The Monkey King is based on a classic chapter from the ancient Chinese novel,Journey to the West, which is written by Wu Cheng’en and tells a fairy tale story of how the Monkey King rebels against the Jade Emperor of Heaven. It is a Hong Kong film directed by Pou-Soi Cheang and starring Donnie Yen. Yen also serves as the film’s action director. It was filmed in IMAX 3D. The film is just like the original book. It is much funnier while the plot of the whole play is tense, and the characters are positive and healthy.

★★★★★ What an interesting movie
2 March | by Jane
The Princess Diaries is a movie about a teenager named Mia Thermopolis. Shortly before her sixteenth birthday, she is shocked by the life-changing news that she is the princess of a fictional kingdom called Genovia. Starring Anne Hathaway, it is definitely a movie you should not miss!
Mia,a socially awkward American girl, becomes princess of Genovia when her long-absent father, the Crown Prince, dies. She’s taught how to behave perfectly. However, things get out of hand when the media gets hold of the story, putting Mia in the spotlight. On top of this, she must make a choice between continuing the normal life of a San Francisco teen and stepping up to the throne.
The movie explores the theme of responsibility in an intelligent and humorous way. The most memorable scene is towards the end of the movie when, during Mia’s darkest moment of self-doubt,she is touched by a letter her father left her. “Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgement that something else is more important than fear.”It’s one of the most unforgettable lines from the movie.
The Princess Diaries is an interesting movie. It’s about being and bettering yourself, and about knowing who your real friends are. Watch it now!

One possible version:
The Wandering Earth, directed by Frant Gwo,has proved to be a great success. Described as China’s first-ever sci-fi blockbuster,it is already a hit in China and around the world. It is based on the novella of the same name by Hugo Award-winning author Liu Cixin.
The Wandering Earth centres on three generations of a Chinese family:the grandfather, the father Liu Peiqiang, and his son Liu Qi. In the setting of the movie, the Sun is dying out,and people all around the world have built giant planet thrusters to move the Earth out of its orbit and to sail the Earth to a new star system. Leading the journey will be a massive space station that will ensure a safe journey. It’s Liu Peiqiang who’s volunteered to be part of the space station staff,a job that will keep him in space for almost twenty years. Yet the 2500-year journey comes with unexpected dangers, and in order to save humanity,Liu Qi joins a group of young people who boldly fight for everyone’s survival. The movie presents a traditional tale of nations and people pulling together to save the planet, with large measures of love, sacrifice, and redemption. The most memorable scene is towards the end when rescue workers fleeing to their homeland turn back and help Liu Qi to save the Earth. With global conflict and division so prevalent today, these messages of hope and unity have undoubtedly struck an emotional chord in many viewers and made the film much more accessible for international audiences.
With all of that said,The Wandering Earth is a massive, exciting concept and a solid tension-building story that will keep you on the edge of your seat(让你兴奋不已). I suggest everyone go to see it and enjoy a wholly different science fiction epic that marks a milestone in Chinese film.
