When asked what impressed foreigners most about Chinese food, one foreigner answered: "Stinky tofu." Smells like a road killer. Trust me, if you're anywhere on the street, you can smell it from a block away. I'm not kidding. I will try anything once, no matter what it is, as long as it is not human, generally considered food. However, when I tried to eat stinky tofu, I was really stunk and vomited."
