In recent years, people have started to follow influencers (网红) when it comes to shopping online. However, these influencers may only be interested in selling certain products to get money instead of sharing their true opinions. France took action on this in June. It is the first European country to regulate (监管) social media influencers.
The country passed a new law on online activities of selling products and services. About 150,000 influencers in France must follow it. Under the new law, influencers can’t invite their viewers to take part in betting games, such as for sports matches. Cigarettes and alcohol can’t be sold online. As for makeup, influencers can’t induce the viewers to buy the products. They can use a filter (滤镜) to make the products look better only if they let the audience know.
If influencers break the law, they can end up in prison for up to two years. They may also face a fine of up to 300,000 euros (about 2,300,000 yuan). Several influencers have been “caught in the act”. For example, influencer Poupette Kenza was fined 50,000 euros for selling a kind of toothpaste. She posted daily life videos on social media without clearly telling the viewers that she was selling the product. What’s more, France put out training lessons for influencers who sell finance products. After finishing the lessons, the influencers need to take a test and answer at least 75 percent of the questions correctly. This way, influencers won’t mislead their customers.

本题以考查考生是能根据要求写出完整的句子，连句成段，组织篇章，做到意思连贯、逻辑清晰、书写正确、无语法错误。
评分标准
（一）评分原则
1. 评分时，先根据文章的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次的要求来衡量，确定或者调整档次，最后给分。
2. 词数少于80，从总体中减去1分。字数多不扣分。
3. 评分时应注意的主要内容为：内容要点，应用词汇和语法结构的数量和准确性以及上下文的连贯性，不可以照抄阅读（照抄的分数放在第五档）。
4. 拼写与标点属于语言准确性的一个方面。
5. 如书写较差以至于影响改卷，将分数降低一个档次。
（二）各档次的给分范围
1. 共分为五个档次：
第一档次：13-15分
第二档次：10-12分
第三档次：7-9分
第四档次：4-6分
第五档次：0-3分
各档次的给分要求
第一档次（13-15分）：完全完成了试题规定的任务
（1）覆盖所有内容要点。
（2）应用了较多的语法结构和词汇。
（3）语法结构或词汇方面有些错误，但为尽量使用较复杂结构或较高级词汇所致；具备较强的语言运用能力。
（4）有效地使用了语句间的连接成分，使全文结构紧凑。
完全达到预期的写作目的。
第二档次（10-12分）：完成了试题规定的任务
（1）虽漏掉一两个次重点，但覆盖所有主要内容要点。
（2）应用的语法结构和词汇能满足任务的要求。
（3）语法结构或词汇方面基本准确，有些错误主要是因尝试使用较复杂语法结构或词汇所致。
（4) 应用简单的语句间的连接成分，使全文结构紧凑。
第三档次（7-9分）基本完成了试题规定的任务
（1）虽漏掉一些内容，但覆盖所有主要内容要点。
（2）应用的语法结构和词汇能满足任务的要求。
（3）有一些语法结构或词汇方面的错误，但不影响理解。
（4）应用简单的语句间的连接成分，使全文内容连贯整体而言，基本达到了预期的写作目的。
第四档次（4-6分）未恰当完成试题规定的任务
（1） 漏掉或未描述清楚一些主要内容，写了一些无关内容。
（2）语法结构单调、词汇项目有限。
（3）有一些语法结构或词汇方面的错误，影响了对写作内容的理解。
（4）较少使用语句间的连接成分，内容缺少连贯性信息未能清楚地传达给读者。
第五档次（0-3分）未完成试题规定的任务
（1）明显遗漏主要内容，写了一些无关内容，原因可能是未理解试题要求。
（2）照抄阅读理解文章的。
（3）较多语法结构或词汇方面的错误，影响对写作内容的理解。
（4）缺乏语句间的连接成分，内容不连贯信息未能传达给读者。
