一、教材分析
本单元围绕“谈论自己所喜欢的学科”这一话 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )题,展开形式多样的听、说、读、写学习活动。学习用because和表示品质的形容词表示理由;学习why引导的特殊疑问句。通过本单元的学习使学生学会谈论自己喜好的学科或自己喜好的其它事情并给出理由。
二、学情分析
本单元的主题是“谈论自己所喜欢的学科”,主 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )要是学习学科的表达、表示品质的形容词;学习用because表示理由。在询问“对方所喜欢的学科和人物”时,要使用以前所学过的What、Who疑问句,再学习“询问理由”所用的Why疑问句。教师可引导学生通过比较、对照的方法掌握所学疑问句的结构和使用以及回答。
三、教学目标:
1) 能掌下列词汇:favorite, s ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )ubject, P.E. science, music, math, Chinese, geography, history
2) 能掌握以下句型:
① —What's your favorite subject —My favorite subject is science.
② —Why do you like P.E. —Because it's fun.

4)能听懂有关所喜欢的科目相关话题的听力材料,并获得相关信息。
