One possible version:
Many teenagers like to chat on the Internet. Technology makes it possible for teenagers to communicate with each other without knowing whom they are talking to.
Some teenagers chat online for making new friends or gaining knowledge and information. Others like to share their feelings with their Internet friends to relax themselves. However, this way of communication also has disadvantages. Some teenagers spend too much time chatting on the Internet, which can make it difficult to complete their tasks. Sometimes it is dangerous to talk to total strangers.
In my opinion, we should set up a time limit for chatting and try to avoid getting hurt by it.
