柏拉图(Plato,Πλατ ν, 公元前427年-公元前347年),是古希腊伟大的哲学家,也是整个西方文化最伟大的哲学家和思想家之一。
柏拉图和老师苏格拉底,学生亚里士多德并称为希腊三贤。他创造或发展的概念包括:柏拉图思想、柏拉图主义、柏拉图式爱情等。他一生著述颇丰,其教学思想主要集中在《理想国》(The Republic)和《法律篇》中。柏拉图的《理想国》一书是他的代表作,涉及到了政治学、教育学、伦理学、哲学等多个领域,思想博大精深,几乎代表了整个希腊的文化。2015年11月,《理想国》在英国“学术图书周”中,被评为最具影响力的20本学术书。

Plato and The Republic
Plato lived in ancient Greece. He was a great thinker and writer, and his ideas helped start Western philosophy. He wrote down his ideas in the form of many famous dialogues and letters. The Republic is his most famous book. In it, Plato discusses politics and what makes a good city and a good man. The modern world is still influenced by his writings about life, education, government, art, maths and science.

英语动词有两种语态:
被动语态 (the Passive Voice)
主动语态 (the Active Voice)

1.含义:
(1)主动语态:表示主语是动作的执行者
eg. Many people speak English.

(2)被动语态:表示主语是动作的承受者,即行为动作的对象。
