On an early summer day, 35-year-old Du Minghui led a group of 20 children on an enjoyable study tour of the Jiulong Peak nature reserve in the southwestern part of the Huangshan Mountain in Anhui Province. The reserve, with an area of 27.2 square kilometers, is home to some protected plants and animals. With birds singing, they walked through the forest to discover the secrets and wonders of wildflowers and trees.
The children going on the study tour were mainly primary and middle school students. During the one-to-two-day tour, they could not only learn important survival skills in the wild, but also had the chance to watch how infrared (红外线的) cameras were used to take photos of wild animals.
“As a form of nature education, our tours allow children to connect with nature and develop a deep understanding of it by sharing knowledge of the animals and plants in the mountains,” said Du. “During the first three days of June, we welcomed three groups of students. As the summer vacation is arriving, we expect more children to come here and experience the beauty of nature.”

Dear Paul,
My parents have made some rules for me to follow at home. Most of them are acceptable, but I don’t really agree with the following two.
First of all, my parents don’t want me to hang out with my friends after school. I enjoy spending time with my friends, and I believe it’s an important way to build relationships and improve social skills. I’m also required to practice the piano for one hour after finishing my homework. In fact, I don’t like playing the piano at all. I think I should be allowed to develop enjoyable hobbies.
I hope my parents can understand my true feelings, but I don’t know how to communicate with them. Could you please offer me some advice
I hope to hear from you soon.
Yours,
Li Hua
