PEP五上Unit5 There is a big bed单元整体设计
第一部分 单元教学设计总思路
一、教学理念
《2022年新课标》首次使用了“大观念”一词，强调“以学科大概念为核心，使课程内容结构化，以主题为引领，使课程内容情景化”。基于真实语言运用视角，分析教材内容与学生情况，确定学习发展的内容主题，初定真实任务（鲁子问，张荣干，2005）。确定单元大任务和具体的小任务。秉持真实语言运用的语言理念，围绕主题语境，依托语篇，联结英语课堂与真实生活，设计语言、思维、文化相融合的层次性学习活动，使学生在追求达成真实任务成果的过程中学习和尝试运用语言或非语言手段理解与表达意义，实现深度学习，从而培养文化意识，发展多元思维形成学习能力。基于学生学习视角，设定以达成真实任务成果为目标的学生学习过程，以及教师对学生任务成果达成和素养学习发展的相应支持引导过程（张荣干，2017），形成主题意义引领下基于真实任务的任务前、任务中、任务后等阶段及其环节的师生活动流程。
二、单元教材分析

（二） 教材分析 本单元的学习主题是家居陈设及其位置，感知There be结构与名词单复数的搭配规律，培养学生懂得保持房间整洁，学会整理房间，学会爱护家庭环境和保护自然环境，明白保持环境整洁干净是每个人应尽的责任。本单元以“Meet my home”为话题，依次从了解自己家里不同场室的物品及其位置关系，到明白家赋予的深沉含义，懂得爱护和感恩自己的家人；从通过对比脏乱的房间，明白保持房间整洁的重要性，再到上升到我们共同的家园，引导学生爱护环境。整个单元主要氛围四个子话题和五个语篇内容，其中包括一节单词对话融合课，一节对话课，一节词汇语音融合课，一节读写课和一节故事课。 语篇一是A部分的对话和词汇整合课。教材通过Sarah和Mike参观张鹏卧室的情景展开学习。孩子们先参观张鹏家的卧室，描述张鹏的卧室有哪些物品，学习新词，然后再对张鹏卧室物品摆放发表自己的看法，提出建议，培养学生爱整洁爱干净的良好的习惯。 语篇二是一节对话课。教材继续延续上一节课的情景，通过Sarah和Mike参观张鹏家客厅的情景展开学习。学生能描述张鹏客厅中有哪些物品，及其物品的位置，引导学生学会介绍自己客厅的物品，体会中国人的家居风格，培养学生爱家及爱家人的美好情感。 语篇三是一节词汇和语音融合课。教材通过张鹏向Amy介绍他爷爷房子中物品的位置展开学习，认识五个有关方位的介词，学会向他人描述或物品的相对应关系，然后通过学习语篇“My birthday”，掌握ai/ay在单词中的发音规则，感悟张鹏家里温馨和谐的家庭氛围，教育学生要热爱自己的家和孝顺关心自己的家人。 语篇四是一篇阅读课，教材通过Mr Jones写了一封电子邮件向Robin描述自己的处境展开学习。Mr Jones搬进了一所老旧的房子，房间很脏，很乱，而且还有老鼠，他得知Robin能做很多事情，于是决定寻求Robin的帮助。文章通过脏乱差的房间，明白整洁干净的生活环境有多可贵，引导学生描述自己的房间，能够教育学生要热爱自己的家。 语篇五是一篇故事课，故事内容简单有趣，呈现的是一个易拉罐的“旅行”故事。森林里有一个易拉罐，它就躺在河边上，它非常的沮丧，小鸟看到急忙回家，说自己很忙，淘气的小熊一脚踢飞，把罐子踢进河里了，最后Zoom看到了，把易拉罐放进垃圾回收箱，通过故事教学提倡垃圾分类，增强环保意识。
三、学情分析
五年级的学生已经学习了两年多的英语，有了一些英语知识的积累，对这门课程充满了兴趣，而且五年级的学生具有好玩、好动、好奇心强的特点，他们在三四年级有接触过类似话题，在三年级下册Where is my car 有些过方位介词，四年级上册My home也学过家里的居室和家具名称。本单元主要是在以往的基础上学习某处有某物，初步感知There be在句子中的结构和用法，同时也是为第六单元学习There be结构的一般疑问句做准备。因此在教学过程中，我设计了一些活动，并创设了相关的子话题和活动，利用小组合作的方式，既能充分调动学生学习的积极性，又能将所学的知识灵活运用到生活中。
四、单元整体设计思路
本单元的五个语篇紧紧围绕着单元话题“Meet my home”展开，从认识张鹏房间和客厅再到认识他爷爷奶奶温暖的家，学会描述某处有某物，介绍自己的家，学会感恩和爱自己的家人，弘扬中华传统美德；通过感知脏乱差的房间，意识到干净整洁环境的重要性，养成及时整理个人物品的习惯，然后再从“小家”到“大家”，提倡垃圾分类，增强环保意识。 单元各语篇之间紧密相连，相互促进，构成了四个子任务，即“My nice home” “My sweet home” “My dirty home”“Our clean room”各课时围绕单元主题和子话题展开，课时之间既相互独立，又紧密关联。语言学习渗透在对语篇主题意义的探究中，学习活动由浅入深，理解性技能与表达性技能协同发展，有效帮助学生形成基于主题的结构化知识。
五、单元总目标
1.能够听、说、读、写家居物品类的，在情境中运用句型There is...描述某处有某物，介绍房间内的物品，培养学生爱整洁爱干净的良好的习惯。能运用句型There is...描述某处有某物：There is a big bed. There is a nice photo, too.对某物发表自己的看法：Your room is really nice. You look cool. 2.在情景中运用句型There are...描述某处有某物，能介绍家里客厅的物品。能运用句型There are...描述某处有某物：There are so many pictures here. There are lots of flowers in it.理解所有格的基本表达法：They’re my grandmother’s plants. 3.能听、说、认、读五个表示相对位置关系的介词和词组：beside, between, behind, above, in front of；掌握ai/ay在单词中的发音规律，教育学生要爱自己的家。描述人物或物品的相对应关系：Where is the ball It’s in front of the dog. 4.能够读懂邮件，描述自己的房间，养成及时整理个人物品的好习惯。描述自己的房间：There is...There are... 5.读懂故事内容，提倡垃圾分类，增强环保意识

课时文本分析 [What]主题意义和主要内容 语篇一是A部分的对话和词汇整合课。教材通过Sarah和Mike参观张鹏卧室的情景展开学习。孩子们参观张鹏家的卧室，描述张鹏的卧室有哪些物品，学习新词，了解房间物品的表达然后再对张鹏卧室物品摆放发表自己的看法，提出建议。 【Why】教材情景中运用到的语言贴合学生实际生活，学生可以在实际场景中描述某处有某物，初步感知There is...在句子中的运用学会欣赏他人的住所，介绍房间内的物品，培养学生爱整洁爱干净的良好的习惯。 [How]文本结构和语言修辞 听力板块，第一个是要求学生根据听到的内容选择选择出正确的图片，第二个是要求学生重新听取录音内容，并且根据所听到的内容和提出的问题将句子补充完整。这个板块的精心设置要求学生们不仅要懂得其语句意思，还要听懂英语内容，在听录音之前，教师应提醒学生认真分析听力部分所出示的题目，阅读指今语，对即将听到的录音形成一种相对准确的推测，这种准确的推测能力是可以通过认真审题培养出来的，对提高学生听力的准确性有极大帮助。本课时是第三单元与单元主题相关知识点介绍的最后一个课时，以对本单元新知识点的综合运用为主要任务，因此可以多设计一些侧重于对知识点综合运用进行考查的游戏活动来辅助教学，提高学生英语学习的全面素质。
二、教学重难点
教学重点 (1)掌握五个新单词和短语:clock/photo/bike/plant和water bottle. (2)能够熟练运用以上5个新单词和词组，并且用There is….句型对这些物体的位置进行简单地介绍。
教学难点 能够听懂、会说、会表演对话中的内容，并能将这些对话在实际生活中加以准确生动地运用。
