教学内容分析 本课时内容人教社新目标初中英语教材8下Unit 2 ,该单元话题是“learn to help”, 功能是“表达提供帮助句型的使用”。本节课型定位为以话题为核心的“听说课型”,主要学习几个常见的动词短语及志愿者能做什么,应掌握句型:The girl could visit the sick kids in the hospital to cheer them up. /The boy could give out food at the food bank.等。
学情分析 经过近一年的任务型语言教学的训练,部分学生已经初步养成较好的英语学习习惯,能够在课堂上听懂老师的英文指令,并且能够根据老师的要求用目标语言完成各项任务。多人小组或二人小组成员有良好的合作意识,能够迅速有效的开展各项活动。其中,对新句型与新单词进行反复大量的操练显得尤为重要。
学习目标 【知识目标】 volunteer, notice,lonely, clean up, cheer up,give out,used to The girl could visit the sick kids in the hospital to cheer them up. The boy could give out food at the food bank. We need to come up with a plan for the City Park Clean-Up Day. They told me stories about the past and how things used to be. 【能力目标】 Use the target language above to talk about how to offer help. 【情感目标】 学会乐于助人。
重难点 (1)能看图片准确快速说出过去发生的事情; (2)能运用目标语言提供帮助; (3)能在听力中获取准确信息; (4)能够正确地用学到的短语句型进行表达。
教学评活动过程 教师活动学生活动环节一:Leading in We should do something for other people. What can you volunteer Help the students to answer: I can visit the sick kids in the hospital, / I can clean up the park …Let the students to discuss it. Ask some students to say their answers. 设计意图:通过情境设计,从学生身边的问题导入新课,减少难度,从而调动了学生参与课堂教学活动的热情,提高学生的学习积极性。环节二: Pre-taskpage 9,1a &lb 1.Look at the picture. Write the ways you could help people in the picture. 2.Play the tape and ask the students to listen and number the ways the boy and the girl could help others. page 9,1c 1.Practice the conversation in the picture above. 2.Group work:Divide the class into some groups. Make conversations. 3.Ask some students to act it out.1.学生们看幻灯片,引导学生们描述图片。 2.完成1a、1b,完成排序。 3.由词汇进入句型练习——展示对话问答。设计意图加强情景交际,进一步巩固提供帮助的句型表达。环节三:While-taskpage 10,2a&2b 1.Play the recording for the first time. Make the students scan the conversations first. 3.Teach and then make students role-play the conversation in pairs. 4.Play the recording and ask the students to listen and repeat 2d. 1.快读,回答问题。 2.精读,学习文章大意。设计意图通过速读和精读,让学生限时掌握对话内容。 学生活动 1. Finish 1b and 1c. 抓住“如何做”关键词信息 2. 核对答案句型,自读,然后再次跟听跟读。环节五:Consolidation practice 准确模仿,进行书写核实补全对话(见课件) Summary总结本节课语言知识点。完成补全对话。 总结本节课语言知识点。 设计意图 通过此环节,使学生完成2d中的语言目标。梳理本课的知识要点。

教学反思与改进 This unit focuses on helping others" and "what can be done" to learn and use several common sentence patterns. In the learning process, the communication between students and teachers can promote the feelings between teachers and students. In the first class, the whole class runs through listening, speaking and reading to grasp the key information and improve their listening ability. On the basis of listening, students are asked to imitate the listening content to carry out dialogue practice. In this way,students' listening and speaking abilities are strengthened. At the same time, the teacher can use pictures to introduce the topics to arouse students' interest. Through pair practice, improve their oral English level and expression students can interact with each other and ability.
