一、教学内容分析
Continuation writing plays a significant part in the College Entrance Examination,which has higher requirements for students’ comprehensive quality and ability.Continuation writing mainly focuses on the connection of the article,attaches importance to the reasonable development of the plot,and has higher requirements for students’ proficiency in words,phrases and sentence patterns.In today’s lesson,we will mainly focus on how to find the key information s ,analyse the story plot ,and write the simple sentences to complete the writing .
二、教学目标
1.Enable the students to find the key information s quickly and accurately in the passage 2.Guide the students complete the passage using simple sentences according to the story plot .
三、学情分析
The students in class 12,senior three can not easily master the plot and the theme of the reading materials. But they have little knowledge of some micro-skills of continuation writing, and the scenes of their articles are too general and brief. They can’t use some expressions to describe actions to show the scenes in a vivid way.
四、教学重难点
1.Guide the students to analyse the passage and find the connecting link between the preceding and the following . 2.Guide the students to write down the sentences to complete the passage.

1.连句成篇 :complete the passage . Paragraph 1: When I almost forgot the contest, the news came. My teacher told me the news that I won the first prize and had been invited to attend the award presentation. Upon hearing the result, I was happy. All of my classmates applauded and congratulated me on my success.Then the big day came. I went to attend the award presentation. The moment my name was called, tears streaming down my face as I walked up to the stage to receive my trophy. All my hard work and dedication had paid off and I decided to visit my teacher. Paragraph 2: I went to the teacher’s office after the award presentation. With the trophy in hand , I dashed into his hug. Seeing my coming,He congratulated me and encouraged me to continue writing again. “Well done! It was you that defeated your self-doubt! Remember: Never define your life with something you haven’t even tried!” his said.I thanked my teacher.Since then, I have written more than 10 best-selling books all around the world. Today, I still cherish the memory of my teacher’s guidance and unwavering support. His belief in me was the fuel that kept me going, especially when the writing gets tough.
