I’m Mr Smith. I’m talking about some safety rules to you. It is very important for you to keep safe at school.
Firstly, in your PE lesson, you may get injured. When you do all kinds of sports on the playground, you should be careful all the time and do what your teacher tells you to do. On the other hand, you should spend a few minutes doing warm up activities at the beginning of each PE lesson. Don’t forget to drink some water after your sports. It’s good for your health. Secondly, let’s talk about classroom safety. I warn you not to take sharp objects — things like knives, scissors to school. They may hurt yourself or your classmates when you are using them in your classroom. Thirdly, when something dangerous happens, please keep calm and follow the instructions of teachers. Don’t run or you’ll step on others. If there is a big fire or smoke at school, move near the floor with a wet towel over your mouth and walk on the right side to get out of the building quickly. Don’t use the lift in a fire.
Above all, it is very important that you must keep some safety rules in your minds and practise them with the help of your teachers as often as possible.
