1.Let’s chant：让学生观看三年级上册Unit4 B Let’s do，跟着音乐一起来
Act like an elephant．
Act like a bird．
Act like a monkey．
Act like a tiger.
Act like a panda．
要求学生边说边做动作.Act like a ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )n elephant…唤醒学生对动物的记忆，然后跟着Let’s chant歌谣Look at the cat, it is fat…一起来回顾动物的特征，让学生感知fat, big等形容词以及句型Look at the…，为接下来的学习做好铺垫，同时也可以起到激发兴趣，活跃学习氛围的作用。（歌谣激趣，活跃气氛，引入主题）

教师紧接歌谣问学生：What animals do you know
学生回答：elephant, panda…

女生：Wow! It ‘s so short.
男生：Fat，fat，it's so fat.
