学情分析
1、 在学生的日常学习中,对不同职业的性质和特点有些了解,但还不是特别的系统和全面。很多同学对未来的职业很向往,因此他们对本课话题有较强的兴趣。
2 、部分学生的阅读速度仍然较慢,信息提炼能力较弱,对语篇的概括理解能力有待提高。
3、 学生们关于职业的词汇量积累不足,口头表达能力不强,知识面不够广泛, 英语采访的自信心不足,应鼓励他们用英语大胆地表达自己的观点。
学生当堂学习效果评测及分析
本次调查主要是采取自我评价、小组评价和老师评价相结合的方式进行,调查对象为本节课上课的60名学生,主要从学生课堂表现和学习效果评价两个方面展开调查,并就调查结果进行了分析。
Self-assessment 自我评价结果分析
通过本节阅读课的练习,96%的同学的阅读能力得到了提高,基本掌握了略读和详读的技能,能够有效地获得文本信息; 通过英语采访环节,95%的同学听英语的能力得到了锻炼,86%的同学说英语的能力得到了提升,学习英语的信心增强,激发了学习英语的兴趣。
Group-assessment 小组评价
本节课上全班分为10个小组, 小组成员之间互相评价,各个小组之间相互评价打分;其中有5个小组得到了优胜小组称号,3个小组得到了标兵小组称号,2个小组得到了奋进小组称号;小组互评机制,使小组内成员紧密团结,为了小组荣誉而努力。

1.本课课文的导入是从教师节-教师这一职业开始,最后回到什么样的职业是一个好的职业,且个人为了将来的职业需要做哪些准备的升华上。在学生进行了人体交通标志的采访后,教师借以树立正确的职业观,如奉献敬业、为社会服务等,最后让学生归纳,总结:只要是有意义的职业,都有价值;为了从事有价值的职业,需要我们现在积累哪些素质, 这样水到渠成地完成了本节课的教学任务。
2.在高考阅读中,常常会出现对文中单词或词组词义的猜测,在平时的阅读教学中如何渗透对学生这一方面能力的培养,也是我们教师应该思考的一个问题。平时有意识地培养猜词的能力,根据词根,上下文等,尤其要注意单词及词组在上下文中的含义,而不是仅仅它的字面含义。同样,在高考阅读中还经常会有深层理解题,如What can you infer from the second paragraph? 所以阅读的要求不能仅停留在表面含义,更应挖掘文章潜藏的内涵。在实施素质教育的同时,也应充分应试技巧的训练和培养,把握高三英语阅读符合高考要求的方向。
3.高中英语新教材以任务型教学为主。其中Project也是在学习新课程理念中值得我们不断探索和尝试的一个方面。用好Project能够帮助学生提高运用语言的能力,解决问题的能力并培养学生自主学习、合作探究的能力。这堂课在完成教学的基础上,布置了一个采访Project。让学生运用图片、标志、广告语等,把采访的理解从概念到实际运用,从口头表达到书面表达,发挥他们的创造力和想象力,在采访中感受语言的无穷魅力。同时,这对学生的情感态度和价值观也是一次好的培养,能够激发他们对各种职业的热爱,帮助他们树立正确的职业价值观。
4.在高考阅读中常常会出现What’s the main idea of the passage? What does the passage mainly talk about? What’s the best title of the passage? 以及What’s the attitude of the writer according to the passage? 等问题,这就需要学生能从整体上理解课文,具有较强的概括能力,并站在作者的立场上来看问题。但除了这些以外,常常还会出现一些细节理解的题目,这就要求学生在掌握文章大概的基础上,了解细节信息。所以英语阅读课注重培养学生的阅读能力和技巧具有现实意义。
5.学生是课堂教学的主体,一切应以学生为中心设计各项活动,在学生做好充分预习的基础上可以适当加快节奏。但是学生之间层次不同,认知水平不同,对于本身基础差的学生,思维及反应较慢,因此在课堂教学中应适当调整时间,兼顾各层次学生,能让他们跟上课堂节奏,让各个层次的学生都能得到不同程度的收获和学习能力的发展。
总之,随着新课程改革的实施,我们每个教师都在积极探索英语教学的新思路和新方法,每个教师都应转变观念。在教学中,教师要善于结合实际教学需要,合理地使用和安排教材,使之符合学生实际情况兼顾各类学生,体现教师的主导作用和学生的主体地位。
