教学内容分析本节课主要学习有关伤病及处理建议的表达方式。section A侧重健康问题及提出相关建议,借此学习、训练相关的语言结构。要求学生重点学习并掌握以下两项内容:其一是对疾病的询问及应答,其二是利用情态动词should 询问及陈述建议。
学情分析前在状态:学生在小学阶段没有学习过对疾病的询问及应答,因此在本节课中能够正确使用“have+(a)+病症”陈述所患疾病,并对疾病进行询问及应答对于学生来说完全是新授内容。学生在小学阶段学习过使用情态动词should提出建议,句型是旧句型,但是针对疾病给出建议在小学没有接触过,是新授内容。潜在状态:希望通过大问题的设置,激发学生的思维,帮助学生复习与身体部位相关的单词,帮助学生总结常见疾病的名称;希望通过三个开放性的活动来给学生创设真实的情景,增强学生的兴趣和唤起他们的注意力,进而能够熟练的围绕疾病进行询问及应答并给出建议。学生差异分析:有一部分学生思维敏捷,乐于表达,通过本节课的学习预计会顺利完成目标。还有一部分学生虽有一定基础,但较为内敛,不善表达,本节课预计能够掌握所学句型,但不能流畅的进行表达。还有一部分学生,基础薄弱,对英语缺乏自信,可能仅仅能学会对疾病的询问及应答。在这堂课上,通过开放性的大问题和开放性的活动,充分挖掘了丰富的学习资源,持续保持学生的学习热情,又通过小组合作给每个孩子创造合作机会,让内敛的学生也能够自信大方的用英语表达,即便是学习困难的孩子,通过别人的帮扶,也能简单的对疾病进行询问及应答,让他们一节课学有所获。
学习目标能简单谈论健康问题。A:What’s the matter with you B:I have a toothache. A:What’s the matter with him/her B:He/She has a sore back.能就健康与安全问题提出简单的建议。A:What should I do B: You should go to a dentist.A:What should he/she do B:He/She should have a rest.
重难点a.能灵活运用语言材料,在虚拟的情境中进行真实的交流,语言流畅有一定的创造力

教学评活动过程教师活动学生活动环节一:Warming-up1.T geets Ss.2.T plays two games with Ss.Game 1: Teacher say s nose, students should point their noses with their fingers…Game 2:Teacher says nose, students can’t point their noses with their fingers… 1.Ss greet T.2.Ss play the games.设计意图用游戏导入新课,不仅能活跃气氛,消除学生的紧张情绪,还能借助游戏帮学生复习跟身体部位相关的单词,为下面核心语言的学习做铺垫。环节二:Presentation.1.T tells Ss our school will invite a doctor to give us a lesson and teach us how to keep healthy.2.T says:“At the beginning of doctor Chen’s class, he wants us to know about some common illnesses. Do you know any common illnesses ”Ss listen to T.Ss try to answer T’s question.设计意图教师为本节课的学习创设了一个大情景,学校将请一名医生为大家上一节课让大家了解更多跟健康相关的知识。围绕已创设的情景首次铺开,在医生的帮助下了解一些常见病的名称。这个环节并不是传统的出示图片让学生复习身体部位单词或说出疾病的名称,而是通过两个大问题:“Can you name the parts of our body Do you know any common illnesses ”让学生积极思考,激发学生的思维。环节三:PracticePair workHave you remembered the common illnesses T gives a model, then let Ss work in pairs, ask and answer according to the pictures. T work in pairs to practice “What’s the matter with… He/She has… ”设计意图在了解了常见病名称之后,卷入核心句型“What’s the matter with… He has…”通过机械性操练让学生熟悉核心语言,在核心语言的基础上加上“I’m sorry to hear that. I hope he/she will be better soon.”渗透英美文化,体现英语学科价值。环节四:Presentation.1.T says: “After knowing about some common illnesses, Doctor Chen will give us some advice about the illnesses. Do you have any advice ”2. T shows Doctor Chen’s advice.Ss give some advice about the illnesses , then read Doctor Chen’s advice.设计意图同一个情景继续铺开,学生在了解了一些常见病之后,可以针对这些常见病给出一些建议,利用Doctor Chen的建议做补充,卷入另外一个核心语言:What should I do You should…环节五:PracticeGroup workJohn,David and Mike feel bad these days. They want Doctor Chen check them out after class. What will happen if they meet Doctor Chen. Four students a group ,make a conversation and act it out. Ss work in groups , make a conversation and act it out.设计意图同一个情景第再次铺开,设计四人一组的小组活动,活动内容为:上完课后,班里有三名同学因为最近身体不适,想让Doctor Chen给出一些建议。在此环节,除了本节课的核心语言,可卷入学生以前所学过的与本单元话题相关的旧知,做到旧知卷新知,螺旋上升。环节六:Group workGroup workAfter checking out John, David and Mike , Doctor Chen should write a doctor case report(医生病例报告). Can you help him Four students a group and finish the doctor case report. 教学内容分析该部分共设四项任务:第一项任务以问题讨论的形式激活相关的背景知识(Section 1);第二项任务要求学生通过快速阅读获取信息,并鼓励学生运用词性的知识阅读并理解短文内容(Section 2);第三项任务 通过进一步阅读短文回答相关问题(Section 3);第四项任务通过提炼阅读材料中的知识点和难点进一步理解文章(Section 4)。
