通过本节课的学习，学生能够—— 运用不同的句型（You can.../A journey by... is.../The...choice is...等）推荐交通方式，用形容词、副词的比较级、最高级形式对几种交通方式进行对比，学会运用because/so等连词，提出更富有逻辑性的建议；（学习理解） 通过对例文的分析，学会合理地使用连接词，使行文流畅、连贯、脉络清晰；（学习理解） 能够根据评价量表对自己和同伴的习作进行评价，从而进一步巩固和内化所学；（应用实践） 能够学会分析提问者的不同需求，在经过调查研究后，推荐最合适的交通方式，并给出相应的建议，培养发现问题、分析问题并解决问题的能力；（迁移创新）
教学内容
教学重点： 1. 掌握写作的基本框架（交通方式/原因/建议），用形容词、副词的比较级、最高级形式对几种交通方式进行对比； 2. 学会分析提问者的不同需求，在调查研究下，推荐最合适的交通方式，并给出相应的建议。 教学难点： 1. 准确区分并运用“take+交通工具”与by+交通工具”；

Analyze the structure of the text. Q2:Besides the way of travelling, what else does the writer write A: Reasons/Advice. Use the structures ( by… / take a(n)… ) to express the way of travelling. e.g. You can go by car. =You can take a car. Use the structures ( It's...to... / Going by.../Taking a...is... ) to talk about the reasons Q3: Why does the writer choose these four ways of travelling？ e.g.It is the fastest to take a plane/go by plane. Taking a coach /Going by coach is the cheapest. Analyze the way of writing the reasons. Q4:How does the writer give reasons A: Comparing. Learn about how to give advice. This is the most comfortable way and much cheaper than by high-speed railway. It costs only 51.5 yuan. Besides, going by train is a lot faster than by coach. It only takes 5 hours to get toLanxi. What’s more, a journey by train is always the most interesting way as you can relax yourself as much as possible. You can look out of the window to enjoy the beautiful sights along the way.
