I’m glad to hear that you are coming to China this summer. Here is a travel plan for you.
There are three ways from Beijing to Hangzhou: by plane, by train and by coach. The cheapest way is going by coach, but it is not very comfortable. The most comfortable way is going by train, but it takes more time than going by plane. Going by plane is the fastest, but it's also the most expensive way.
My suggestion is going by train. It is the most comfortable way and it won't cost too much money. On the way you can enjoy the beautiful views of different regions in China.
You’ll have a lot of fun! It’s a good idea to row a boat on the West Lake. You’d better book the tickets early. Don’t forget to bring an umbrella because sometimes it rains heavily in summer.
