英语考试说明和考试大纲
写作
写作是四项语言技能中不可分割的一个重要部分，更是语
言生成能力的重要表现形式。该部分要求考生根据题示进行书
面表达。考生应能：
(1) 准确使用语法和词汇
语言的准确性是写作中不可忽视的一个重要方面，因为它直接或问接地影响到信息的准确传输。应用语法结构和词汇的准确程度是写作部分评分标准中的一项重要内容。
(2)使用一定的句型、词汇，清楚、连贯地表达自己的意思
任何一篇文章都需要有一个主题，作者应该围绕该主题，借
助一些句型、词组等的支持，清楚、连贯地表达自己的思想。
根据对比，最新的2016年高考考试大纲中，有关英语科目的考试要求、考试形式以及试卷结构与2015年考纲内容基本一致，而较之2014年，则有三方面的变化：
首先，阅读理解题从要求考生“根据上下文推断生词的词义”变更为“根据上下文推断单词和短语的含义”，这一变化体现了高考中对考查考生理解推断能力的扩展和加强；
其次，语法填空题要求填写所需内容的词数要求，由“不多于3个单词”变化为“1个单词”，这意味着考生需更加准确地把握语境内容以及选用恰当的词汇进行作答；
最后，词汇量由2500~3500变化为3000~3500，这一变化要求考生需尽量多的掌握考纲要求词汇。自2007年以来，全国卷共有18篇书面表达。这些书面表达究竟考了什么？请看下表： 体裁：主要是书信(应用文)。除2007年的一篇是介绍宾馆的说明文和2014年写“十年后的我”这样的描述文外，16篇是应用文中的书信、电子邮件和留言条。
值得一提的是，虽然通常以书信的形式命题，但第6和第14篇两篇，分别介绍中国结和前门大街，也就与物品介绍和地点介绍类的说明文写法相同。 第8篇与活动通知，第11篇与比赛通告，第12篇与招聘广告，其写作内容很相似，所需写作素材相同，只是表达方式略有不同。
题材：与考生的学习和生活密切相关。以上18篇大致可分为7类：学习相关：有6篇(第3, 7, 9, 10, 13, 16篇)
活动相关：有3篇(第2，8，11篇)
生活文化相关：有4篇(第1，5，6，15篇)
朋友相关：有1篇(第17篇)
教师相关：有1篇(第12篇)
自己未来：有1篇(第4篇)
周围环境：有2篇(第14，18篇) 命题形式：通常是提纲。除第3
篇是图表外，都是提纲形式。
事实上，第3篇的图表的写法与提纲的写法相比，只是多了一步，将图表中的英语提问转换成汉字，前提是认识简单的英文。
备考建议
近几年试卷特别注意对中国传统文化、优秀资源的宣传和弘扬。建议大家备考时掌握各应用类信件的书写要领，如邀请函、自荐信、感谢信、道歉信等，并熟悉各种相关的体裁和句式；内容上体现文明、和谐、诚信、友善等主题的题材，以及传播优秀传统文化的话题，如游览名胜、民俗节日等；会用英文描写传统文化。
首先，建议在词汇及短语方面多下功夫。根据考纲对于词汇量以及在语法填空题中对词汇及短语考查的要求，需要平时多积累总结考纲词汇的多种词义及用法，以有利于应对考试要求；
其次，平时应结合阅读训练锻炼自己对于生词、短语的理解和把握，增强语感，注重篇章结构；
最后，平时应多关注社会时政热点、传统文化及英美文化知识等，注重个人生活体验，积累写作素材。
书面表达中出现的问题内容方面：
写作要点不全，漏掉了一个或多个要点，导致失分。有跑题和抄袭试卷中其他题目中的英文信息的。

结构方面：
没有全盘设计，结构混乱，没有合理的安排段落，文章头重脚轻，要点未能清晰、条理得呈现出来。

书写方面1.重视英语基础教学、夯实学生英语基础
注重地道英语的合理输入，要大力扩大学生的词汇量，大力拓展学生的阅读面，关注学生正确的语言输入,并进行相关的语言输出训练。
2.加强书面表达专项训练
在教学中及早有针对性地训练学生的书面表达能力，考前适量训练学生如何审题、抓住要点、领会意图、正确书写的能力。建议在写作教学中注意以下几点：二、如何写好英语作文呢? （一）遣词

（一）遣词的原则 在作文中尽量使用高等级词汇及短语, 如果仅仅记住几个简单基础的词汇,而且一味的重复低水平的英语知识点,还远远没有达到大学的入学要求。这就要求学生在平时的训练和考试当中，有意识的强化“复杂，高级”这两个概念，使自己的作文能力区别于普通学生的作文，使自己一下子就站在一个比别人高的位置上，充分显示自己的实力。【原则一：晚词优先】
老师偏爱“学得晚”的单词，因为使用学得比较晚的单词，可以体现一个人“学以致用”的意识。如：

作或控制性写作(guided writing)，它的体
裁、内容和 篇幅都有明确的规定。写作时
可按以下步骤完成：
1.认真审题
⑴ 审体裁(不同体裁有不同的用语或写法)。
⑵ 审时态(主要用什么时态来写)。
⑶ 审人称(用第几人称写，写给谁看)。
⑷ 审要点(不可忽略情景说明中的内容)。2. 列出提纲
根据所审要点，将要写的内容一一列出来，可用中文也可用英文列出，不可遗漏要点，确保要点齐全。
同时，要琢磨是否需要添加细节或将所给要点适度拓展，如“问他是否可以接机”，就应包括“到机场接(我叔叔)并将其送到宾馆，因为我叔叔是第一次去那里”。其中“并将其送到宾馆，因为我叔叔是第一次去那里”都是符合情理的拓展。3. 写出初稿
根据上述提纲，用英语写出初稿。写作中要用自己有把握的词写正确的句子。注意句子结构的完整性，如主谓(宾)齐全；两个简单句中如果没有分号和句号，根据两句之间的逻辑关系，用适当的连接词，以及上下文之间的语义衔接。4. 修改润色
将自己写的文章通读一遍，检查是否有单词拼写错误和语法错误，如时态是否有错，主谓是否一致，人称是否一致，句子结构是否完整，是否有介词的误用，是否有be的少用或多用，上下是否连贯等等。5. 规范誊写
规范的书写往往能给阅卷老师留下美好的印象，有可能会给你的作文评分提升一个档次。因此，平时练好书法，考时规范誊写，这是非常重要的。
6. 再次核查
在规范誊写后，要再次核查，以免在誊写过程中出错。 无论是什么文体，也不论是何种题材，更不管是写什么具体内容，只要是英语写作，就必须掌握以下内容，才可以以不变应万变：
⑴ 简单句的五个基本句型及there be句型。
⑵ 简单句的高级形式，即简单句中含非谓语动词(特别是作定语和状语)、介词短语等。⑶ 并列句和平行结构，特别是and, but, both…and, not only…but also, either…or…, not…but…等并列连词的用法。
⑷ 复合句，包括状语从句(特别是表示时间、条件、让步、目的、结果的从句)，名词性从句(特别是主语从句、同位语从句)，定语从句(特别是非限制性定语从句)。⑸ 特殊句型：
① was /were doing sth. when…did 正在做某事时，突然又发生另一事。
② 形式主语句型：It is +adj. /n. + for sb. to do sth.③ 强调句型：It is…that….；用do, does, did强调一般现在时和一般过去时的谓语动词。
④ 倒装句型：Only in this way can we do sth.(只有用这种方法，我们才能做某事)等。

写作
写作是四项语言技能中不可分割的一个重要部分，更是语
言生成能力的重要表现形式。该部分要求考生根据题示进行书
面表达。考生应能：
(1) 准确使用语法和词汇
语言的准确性是写作中不可忽视的一个重要方面，因为它直接或问接地影响到信息的准确传输。应用语法结构和词汇的准确程度是写作部分评分标准中的一项重要内容。
(2)使用一定的句型、词汇，清楚、连贯地表达自己的意思
任何一篇文章都需要有一个主题，作者应该围绕该主题，借
助一些句型、词组等的支持，清楚、连贯地表达自己的思想。
根据对比，最新的2016年高考考试大纲中，有关英语科目的考试要求、考试形式以及试卷结构与2015年考纲内容基本一致，而较之2014年，则有三方面的变化：
首先，阅读理解题从要求考生“根据上下文推断生词的词义”变更为“根据上下文推断单词和短语的含义”，这一变化体现了高考中对考查考生理解推断能力的扩展和加强；
其次，语法填空题要求填写所需内容的词数要求，由“不多于3个单词”变化为“1个单词”，这意味着考生需更加准确地把握语境内容以及选用恰当的词汇进行作答；
最后，词汇量由2500~3500变化为3000~3500，这一变化要求考生需尽量多的掌握考纲要求词汇。自2007年以来，全国卷共有18篇书面表达。这些书面表达究竟考了什么？请看下表： 体裁：主要是书信(应用文)。除2007年的一篇是介绍宾馆的说明文和2014年写“十年后的我”这样的描述文外，16篇是应用文中的书信、电子邮件和留言条。
值得一提的是，虽然通常以书信的形式命题，但第6和第14篇两篇，分别介绍中国结和前门大街，也就与物品介绍和地点介绍类的说明文写法相同。 第8篇与活动通知，第11篇与比赛通告，第12篇与招聘广告，其写作内容很相似，所需写作素材相同，只是表达方式略有不同。
题材：与考生的学习和生活密切相关。以上18篇大致可分为7类：学习相关：有6篇(第3, 7, 9, 10, 13, 16篇)
活动相关：有3篇(第2，8，11篇)
生活文化相关：有4篇(第1，5，6，15篇)
朋友相关：有1篇(第17篇)
教师相关：有1篇(第12篇)

篇是图表外，都是提纲形式。
事实上，第3篇的图表的写法与提纲的写法相比，只是多了一步，将图表中的英语提问转换成汉字，前提是认识简单的英文。
备考建议
近几年试卷特别注意对中国传统文化、优秀资源的宣传和弘扬。建议大家备考时掌握各应用类信件的书写要领，如邀请函、自荐信、感谢信、道歉信等，并熟悉各种相关的体裁和句式；内容上体现文明、和谐、诚信、友善等主题的题材，以及传播优秀传统文化的话题，如游览名胜、民俗节日等；会用英文描写传统文化。
首先，建议在词汇及短语方面多下功夫。根据考纲对于词汇量以及在语法填空题中对词汇及短语考查的要求，需要平时多积累总结考纲词汇的多种词义及用法，以有利于应对考试要求；
其次，平时应结合阅读训练锻炼自己对于生词、短语的理解和把握，增强语感，注重篇章结构；
最后，平时应多关注社会时政热点、传统文化及英美文化知识等，注重个人生活体验，积累写作素材。
书面表达中出现的问题内容方面：
写作要点不全，漏掉了一个或多个要点，导致失分。有跑题和抄袭试卷中其他题目中的英文信息的。
