现代教学设计理论认为,认真研究学生的实际需要、能力水平和认知倾向,“为学习者设计教学”,优化教学过程,可以更有效地达成教学目标,提高教学效率。
对初中生来说,宾语从句既是一个重点,也是一个难点。学生以前接触过宾语从句,但是没有系统的学习,加之由于平时使用相对较少,对于有些基础好的学生来说能够理解,但是大部分学生还是不够熟悉。在口语,写作以及其它练习方面容易犯错误。
对于本课时来说,是为了掌握宾语从句而对学生进行的基础知识的输入及输出,在1a对四个传统节日的基本了解,以及在1b听力输入的基础上运用简单的目标语言进行对话活动,了解了宾语从句基本用法和构成,提高在情境中运用目标语言的能力。
学生当堂学习效果评测结果及分析
学生以前接触过宾语从句,但是没有进行系统的学习,加之由于平时使用相对较少,对于有些基础好的学生来说能够理解,但是大部分学生还是不够熟悉。在口语,写作以及其它练习方面容易犯错误。 这部分我采用情境教学,向学生呈现不同的活动形式,以促进其对中国传统文化的了解以及对宾语从句的理解。从而加深对中国文化的热爱。各分段的具体任务学生都完成的很好,学生听力能力和运用目标语言组织情景对话的能力比较强,课时任务顺利完成。课时教学效果还不错,但我觉得里面的语法点还较需要细致化,学生在一节课里面还没有完全消化,需要课后在进行积极的相应练习,将本节课所学知识真正去应用。

教学过程
Step1课前分组及解读
T: Today there are 12groups and we’ll have a PK. At the end of the class, we’ll choose two best groups, and the winners will get the presents I prepared for you. Clear? Remember “We will rock you”. Let’s sing together.
Step 2 出示目标
T: these are the objectives, let’s read together.
Ss: read the objectives.
T: OK, let’s do them one by one.
Step 3 Words
T: First, the words. Read together.
Ss: read the words.
T: Can you read in this way?... Good job! Let’s play a game. Read the instructions. Understand? For example, there is an apple, you should say “I choose the apple”, so there are some exercises for you. If your answers are all right, you can get some points. Are you ready? Go!
单词练习游戏,能够激发学生兴趣, 调动参与课堂的积极性。
Step 4 1a 学习四个传统节日,为1a做铺垫。
T: Look at the pictures and say what festivals they are.
Ss: The Chinese Spring Festival, the Lantern Festival, the Dragon Boat Festival, the Water Festival.
T: Good! Look at 1a, match the festivals with the pictures.
Step 5 播放端午节小视频,为1b听力做铺垫
T: let’s watch a short video about the Dragon Boat Festival. After that, you should tell me when this festival is and how people celebrate it.
Ss: Watch the video.
Step 6 Listening
T: the Dragon Boat Festival is on Chinese lunar May 5th. People always eat zongzi and have dragon boat races. Do you like this festival? Let’s see Bill and Mary’s opinions. Before the listening, let’s see the four sentences in 1b, underline the important information. Ok, Listen and circle T or F.
Ss: Listen to the tape.
T: Listen again, fill in the blanks.
Listen for the last time, underline the important phrases and sentences.
Step 7 宾语从句讲解及练习
T: Look at the sentences again, what are the similarities? Yes, they all have a clause. 讲解宾语从句及注意事项。Let’s practice together. Each one prepare one sentence. Look at the instructions. Understand? Go!
Ss: Prepare the sentence and show. The other turn the direct speech into the indirect speech.

Step 8 小记者采访汇报活动(次活动把本节课所学节日与直接引语变间接引语结合起来,以小组活动的形式展示出来,以提高其对语言的实际运用能力)
T: It’s time to work together. Choose one person to be a reporter, the reporter can ask some questions about the festivals we have learned, and write down the details, then report back to us. Look at the instructions. Clear? Let’s begin!

初三英语Unit5 I think that mooncakes are delicious. 重点学习对宾语从句的理解和把握,学会使用状语从句表达自己的态度。其中 Section A(1a-1c)部分主要学习话题词汇,通过简单的听力活动输入新的语言,介绍不同地区的节日并对宾语从句的简单引入学习。
这部分包含三个活动,1a是介绍四个传统节日,增加有关这四个节日的词汇;1b主要是通过听力活动输入目标语言,介绍端午节的有关信息;1c学生根据目标语言组织自己的对话来练习简单的宾语从句。因此,我努力创设多种多样的方式和机会让学生通过自主、合作、探究等学习方式进行学习,注重教与学的互动和生生互动。在英语课程标准中,提出了“知识与技能”“过程与方法”“情感态度与价值观”等多层面的教学目标,多样化的教学目标必然要求通过多样化的教学方式来实现。因此,在教学中,我注意创设情境,激发学生兴趣,各环节引导学生积极运用目标语言投入学习与练习,掌握简单宾语从句,提高自主对话能力与语言运用能力,同时通过对传统文化节日的学习了解中国的传统节日进而热爱中国文化,达到情感目标的提升。

郭淑琴老师:安老师虽然是年轻教师,但是课已基本成型,符合学校着力打造骨干教师的要求。安老师的课提倡快节奏大容量高效课堂。通过听力训练掌握听力技巧技巧,通过接龙式的改写句子和小记者汇报掌握了宾语从句的基本用法,提高了运用目标语言自行组织对话的能力。小组合作形式运用好,和谐与严格要求相结合的授课方式。以学生为中心设计活动,注重学生学习形式多样化,课后注重练习.提倡与学生朋友式的学习。对学生高标准。应进行小组合作评价,最后的颁奖有创新,让学生意犹未尽。学生要及时记笔记,学习习惯比较好。
高溪源老师:课前准备非常用心,一开始的全英展示,非常好,感觉很上档次。活动要求也是英语。PPT设计的很好,善于进行知识点规律总结。“ok”“yes?”口头语太多。
孙爱葵老师:安老师全程英语,课堂和谐,小组评价激发学生。干净利索,发挥学生主动性,各个环节的处理比较到位。就是感觉有点赶,比较匆忙。如果时间允许,相信这节课绝对会更好。
李慧峰老师:安老师的课节奏快,学生参与面广,导入有趣,学生习惯好,自主集中难点,现场调控能力好方式多样。课堂高效,考什么讲什么贴近实际,讲练结合,先讲后练,题型设计好。小组合作以小记者汇报的形式提高了学生口语,最后的情感升华水到渠成,颁奖激动人心,值得学习。
郑思雨老师:出示目标,新课由学习传统节日导入宾语从句,能够在语境中学习生词和重要短语句型宾语从句知识点,创设情境,带着任务学习,而且拓展内容较多,及时吸引学生的注意力,达标检测在课堂过程中贯穿,边学边练。
焦念藕老师:学生调动方面非常好。安老师口语速度快,和蔼亲切。课堂驾驭能力好,学生气氛活跃,状语从句讲解通俗易懂,把握到位。结合学生感兴趣的话题进行采访汇报,且情感提升好。
李慧芳老师:安老师开头的设计鼓舞人心,导入自然,播放视频紧扣主题。学生看到视频能够有所启发,活跃气氛,能够课前指导,扫除障碍。给学生心理疏导。能够在语境中学习生词和重要短语句型。师生配合良好。上课时表情丰富,有亲和力,师生互动好。
张雷老师:安老师的课,备课充分,视频切合实际,口语与教学语言好,师生互动好。师生零距离,学生表现积极,思维活跃,学生主体,能够充分展示。
杨长亮老师:提问方式能够让学生跟着老师的思维自然走入每一个环节。课堂知识进行梳理,学生能发挥主动性,提问面都比较广。课前的英语说明让学生热血沸腾,积极投入课堂。视频非常贴合教学内容。建议安老师在处理听力的最后再让学生听一遍,脱稿理解大意,提升口语与听力。
董哲老师:听安老师的授课及评课,受益匪浅。谈到今天的授课,胡老师的课堂教师与学生零距离,师生关系融洽毫无障碍,口语地道流利,学生耳濡目染,口语个个出色。联想到自己,感觉虽然自己课堂气氛轻松,但是学生管理方面存在诸多疏漏。希望多向安老师学习借鉴学生管理的方法,风格严谨,学生紧跟教师步伐,课堂效率极高。总结一句,希望在各位老师的帮助下,自己能够早日成长为一名合格的教师。
