1.What’s the matter (with sb/sth.) 用于询问某人患了何种疾病，遇到了什么困难/烦恼或周边出现了什么状况等，也可用于询问某物出了什么故障
此处matter是名词，“问题；事情”
matter 作动词，“要紧，有关系”（多用于否定句/疑问句或条件句中）
如：It doesn't matter. 没关系
(通常用来回答对方的道歉)
2. 在英语中，表达“疼痛或不舒服”时的常用结构：
(1)Sb.+have/has + 病症
(2)Sb.+have/has a sore +发病部位(sore 是一个独立的形容词，指的是身体某一部位的酸痛)如：
(3)Sb.+have/has a +身体部位-ache(-ache作后缀，常与表示身体部位的名词构成复合名词表身体某部位疼痛)如：
(4)There is something wrong with one’s +部位
= Something is wrong with one’s +部位
