一、学情现状：
本班学生比较活跃，小组合作学习开展的也比较有成效，学生们都适应了小组合作学习的方式和模式。因此课堂上我设计了几个活动，运用视频和图片抓住大部分学生的注意力，运用小组评价调动学生积极参与课堂活动的热情。
同时也注意重视中下游学生，调动他们参与课堂活动的积极性，不仅教会他们知识，更要提高他们的能力。注意保护学生的积极性，善于发现他们身上的闪光点，予以表扬，增强其自信心，鼓励他们在原有的基础上不断进步。
二、教学措施
（一）、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展奠定基础
1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。
2、为学生提供自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的空间。
3、鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合能
力。
4、创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的问题，并自主的解决问题。
（二）、关注学生情感，创造民主、和谐的课堂气氛。
1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试，保护他们的学习积极性。
2、把英语教学与情感有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学习的活动，促进学生相互学习，互相帮助，体验成就感，发展合作精神。21世纪教育网版权所有
3、关注学习有困难学生和性格内向学生，尽可能为他们创造讲话机会。
（三）、加强对学生学习策略的指导，让他们学会学习。
1、积极创造条件，让学生通过预习、课堂展示等，从而实现学习目标。
2、引导学生在学习过程中，进行自我评价，并根据需要调整自己的学习策略。

教学效果分析

本节课作为一堂阅读课，主要让学生通过阅读课文了解如何去谈论自己喜爱的电影、摄影、乐队、明星等项目，重点是熟练运用英语和同学们进行对话和交流自己的思想。
从教学效果来看，教学内容的达成度较高，大部分学生都能掌握教学目标中的语言知识项目，词汇和重点句型的掌握均达到目标要求，本节课语法项目涉及较少，在进行教学设计的时候，为了避免学生轻视阅读，养成死抠语法的不良习惯，设计了较多的学生活动，引领学生根据教学要求，自发的去阅读课文、理解课文，进一步根据课文的表述形式，自己模仿着去表达对自己喜爱的事物的态度。从而加强对学生自主学习能力的培养。从这节课来看，学生表现积极，活动参与面较广，自主处理问题的能力得到加强。
在学生评价方面，采用组内加分的形式，在课堂结束的时候评选出优秀小组。学生对这种评价方式比较认可，许多大号学生都积极起立回答问题，也更好的扩大了学生的参与面。小组合作学习开展有点欠缺，生生互助，体现不够明显。
从教学设计来看视频、图片、歌曲的运用比较成功，选择的都是身边很受学生欢迎的人物和主题，这也极好的引起了学生的共鸣。21世纪教育网版权所有

Step I Revision and word-learning
（l）Words learning. Ask students to read the words after the teacher. Then memorize them for a few minutes. Complete the exercises on PPT.

教学反思

在教学中我发现：
1、学生对英语学习缺乏自信心和学习动力；在英语课堂上不积极参与，缺少主动发言的热情或根本不愿意发言
2. 学生对英语课堂知识的掌握不实在、理解不全面，课外花的时间又少之又少，从来不做除了课本外的练习。英语学习缺乏主动性。
针对以上问题，我认为可以从以下几个方面进行提高：
一、在教学的设计中要充分为学而教，以学生如何有效获取知识，提高能力的标准来设计教学。在上课之前实际上花费的时间越多，课堂效果会越好的，这个我本身有深刻的体会。特别是我们教学法上的一些有趣的教学方法让他们感觉很有趣。也乐意配合。
二、多鼓励学生开口说英语，并能及时地表扬他们。我在上课的时候会尽量给他们pairwork的机会和时间。也会让他们表演，刚开始很少有人愿意上来，但是经过带动和一段时间的磨合，他们已经很喜欢这个环节了21世纪教育网版权所有
三、在学习过程中，还要采取一些必要的措施来巩固和增强效果。如做到：
