bored 厌倦的;无聊的 （人受到物的影响而表现出来的情绪或状态）
He was very bored this afternoon.今天下午，他很烦闷。
Kate is bored with her job. 凯特对她的工作感到厌烦。
3. useful /'ju sfl/ adj. 有用的；有益的
Peter's favorite subject is Chinese, because it's useful.
This is a useful thing，这是件有用的东西。
The fishing rod is very useful.这根钓竿非常有用。
It's useful to do something 做某事儿是有用的It's useful to learn English well.
4. past /pɑ st/
n. 过去; 过去的事情 in the past / The old like to think about the past.
adj. 过去的 in past years / The time for story is past.
prep. 在……之后 twenty minutes past six
5. (be) good with 灵巧的；善于应付……的=get on / along (well) with...
(be) good at (doing) sth = do well in 擅长…, 在……方面做得好
(be) good for 对…有益 (be bad for…)
(be) good to…= be friendly to 对…好

She is good with her hands.她手很巧。

6. help sb with sth. 在某方面帮助某人
help sb. (to) do sth. 帮助某人做某事
I often help him with his English.
= I often help him to learn English.
我经常帮助他学英语。
7. reason /'ri zn/ n. 原因；理由
a reason for (doing) sth做某事的理由
You have no reason for doing that.
the reason why… …的原因
We don't know the reason why he comes here.
Why don't you give any reasons？你为什么没给出任何理由？
8.听
listen to / l s( )n t / 听；倾听
hear v. 听到，侧重听的能力和结果(客观)
listen v.听（listen to…），侧重有意识地、专注地听（主动）
sound v. 系动词，听起来，侧重听的结果 Sound like … 听起来 …sound beautiful
9. remember /r 'memb (r)/ v. 记住；记起
remember sth./sb.记得某物/记得某人
remember to do sth.记得要做某事(未做)
remember doing sth.记得做过某事(已做)
Remember to turn off the light when you leave the room.
I remember turning off the light when I left the room.
10. everyone /'evriw n/ pron. 每人；所有人
不定代词 some/any/every/no + thing/body/one
作主语视作三单
She makes everyone in the class feel special.
他是课上的所有人都觉得不一般。
Everyone in our class wants to visit the Great Wall.

11. as / z ; z/ prep. 如同；作为 conj. 当…时；由于
Miss Yang dressed herself as a teacher.
杨女士把她自己打扮的如同一位老师。
He works as a teacher for ten years.
他当了10年的老师。
As the students are talking，Mr Wang comes in.
学生们在说话时，王老师进来。
She may need some help as she is new here.

12. the same as... 与…一样 （反 different from 和…不同）
His bicycle is the same as hers.
the same … as … 和…相同的…
I like the same color as Tom. 我和汤姆喜欢相同的颜色。

What's sb's favorite +名词？
= What+名词is sb's favorite？
= what+名词+do/ does sb like best？
What's your favorite color？
=What color is your favorite？
=What color do you like best？

14. Why引导特殊疑问句：询问原因？通常用Because+句子回答
--Why do you like the picture？
--Because it's very beautiful.
-- Why does Bob like pandas
--Bob likes pandas because they are cute.
15. 提问时刻：What time几点钟
What time is it now
= What's the time now
现在几点了？答语：It's … o'clock.
--What time do you begin the class？
--At eight o'clock.
(--你几点钟开始上课？--在8点钟。)
16. be going to do sth. 将要做某事，打算做某事儿
You are going to be late. 你要迟到了。
Get up! we are going to do morning exercises.
快起床，我们要做早操了。
I'm going to visit my grandparents tomorrow.
我打算明天去看望我的祖父母。
17. It’s adj. to do sth做某事是…的。
It's interesting to learn about the past.了解过去很有趣。
It's easy to ride a bike. 骑自行车是容易的。
It's funny to wear such a hat. 戴这样一顶帽子很滑稽。
It’s adj. for sb. to do sth对某人来说，做某事是…的。(描述事物的特性)
It’s adj. of sb. to do sth某人做某事是…的。（人物的性格品质，如kind，nice，clever等）
It's important for us to have breakfast every day.
对我们来说，每天吃早饭是重要的。
It's very kind of you to help me with my homework.
你帮我做家庭作业真是太好了。
it为形式主语，真正的主语是后面的动词不定式短语：
18. Sth. + be + adi. + for sb. 某事/某物对某人来说是…的。
Sports are exciting for students. 运动对学生来说是令人兴奋的。
It's difficult for me. 那对我很难。
Sing a song is interesting for us. 唱歌对我们来说很有趣。
