make it possible for sb. to do sth.“使得某人有可能……”
make it＋adj.（＋for sb.）＋to do sth.意为“使做某事（对某人来说）怎么样”，it为形式宾语，to do sth.是句子的真正宾语。类似这种用法的动词还有find， think等。
eg. puters make it easier to keep in touch with friends.
电脑使得与朋友保持联系更加容易。
2).Spaceships make it possible to travel to the moon.

imagine (sb.) doing sth.意为“想像(某人)做某事”。
