教学内容分析 本课是人教版八年级下册第十单元第一课时,内容为 Section A 1a, 1b,1c,。 该部分的教学重点是与庭院售卖、生活中的常用物品相关的词汇以及现在完成时表示持续性动作和状态的用法。该部分1b的听力材料也是以yard sale为背景的对话,不仅包含本单元的核心句型,所使用语言也非常丰富,是学生跟读模仿的好材料,因此本节课将对该听力材料进行充分的挖掘和利用,学生通过本节课的学习,能够使用核心句型和较为丰富的语言来谈论旧物,并对yard sale这一西方文化有一定了解。
学情分析 前在状态:在语言知识储备方面,Unit 10 I’ve had this bike for three years.学习了现在完成时的陈述句、一般疑问句及回答,关注了already和yet在现在完成时的句子中的使用。Unit 9 Have you ever been to a museum 主要学习了含有been的现在完成时的陈述句、一般疑问句及其回答,关注了ever,never在句子中的使用。通过这两个单元的学习,学生对现在完成时所表达的意义、现在完成时的构成以及各种句式都基本掌握,因此在本节课的学习过程中,学生学习have had的句子结构就比较容易。 在此过程中可能出现的学习障碍是:1.for与时间段搭配使用,since与时间点或一般过去时的句子搭配使用,学生在转换起来可能有所困难。2.听力材料中有着丰富的语言谈论对旧物的感情,这几个句型多为复合句句,句子比较长,比较难读也不容易理解,要让学生运用到自己的对话当中难度比较大,另外collected, certain, memories这几个单词的发音不太容易,是学生的另外一个难点。 为了突破这两个学习障碍点,我采取的措施是:1.在第一节句型课上只教授for two years 和since two years ago这两种用法,在练习扎实不混淆的情况下,在第二课时再卷入since加一般过去时的句子。2.听力难点太多,我们决定选择其中一部分突破,我选取的是讨论对旧物感情的这几句话: Isn’t hard to sell some of your things It’s hard to say goodbye to the certain things.Old things really bring back sweet memories.But it’s true that we may never use some of the things again.通过设置听力任务、跟读、自读、对话练习等方式让学生说熟这几句话,并集中突破单词certain, memories的发音,再通过开放性活动的设置让学生灵活运用这些句型。 潜在状态:希望通过大情景的设置和对听力材料的充分利用,学生能够用核心句型和较为丰富的语言谈论对旧物的情感以及旧物买卖,并对yard sale这一西方文化有一定的了解。 学生差异分析:本班学生共有54人。有一部分学生思维敏捷,乐于表达,通过本节课的学习预计会顺利完成目标。还有一部分学生虽有一定基础,但较为内敛,不善表达,本节课预计能够掌握所学句型,但不能流畅的进行表达。还有一部分学生,基础薄弱,对英语缺乏自信,可能仅仅学会其中的一个目标语言。 在这堂课上,我通过大情景的设置和开放性的活动,充分挖掘了丰富的学习资源,持续保持学生的学习热情,又通过小组合作给每个孩子创造合作机会,让内敛的学生也能够自信大方的用英语表达,即便是学习困难的孩子,通过别人的帮扶,也能学会一两个简单的句子,让他们一节课学有所获。
学习目标 理解并能熟练运用现在完成时与for/since时间状语搭配的句型。 A:How long have you had your bike B:I’ve had it for three years./I’ve had it since three years ago. 能恰当运用以下语言陈述或询问对旧物的感情,对话与陈述时语言流畅。 Isn’t hard to sell some of your things It’s hard to say goodbye to certain things. Old things really bring back sweet memories. But it’s true that we may never use some of the things again. 3.通过对话练习,提升学生完整、有序用英语表达的能力。
重难点 a.能灵活运用语言材料,在虚拟的情境中进行真实的交流,语言流畅有一定的创造力

教学评活动过程 教师活动学生活动环节一:Warming-up1.T plays some English songs. 2.T shows a picture of a yard sale and asks the following question, What can you see in the picture 1.Ss listen to and sing the songs. 2.Ss talked about the question in groups.设计意图1.课前播放英文歌曲已经成为我们的英语教学新常规,通过学习英文歌曲提升学生的英语语感,激发学生学习英语的兴趣。 2.观察与听力相关的主题图,并放下去一个大问题,培养学生的观察能力和思维能力,并引出本节课的大情景yard sale.这个情景图和情景从头用到尾,避免场景的转换跳跃给学生增加负担。环节二:Presentation.1.T asks Ss to listen to the tape and answer the following question, How long has Jeff had the bike 2.T teaches the target language. How long have you had the bike I’ve had it for three years./I’ve had it since three years ago. 2. Pair work Two students a pair, one is Amy, the other is Jeff. Make a conversation to talk about how long Jeff has had the old things. Ss listen to the tape and answer the question. Ss learn the target language. Ss work in pairs to make a conversation.设计意图听力材料的第一次运用,通过听引出核心句型,并利用听力主题图练习核心句型。环节三:Task 1 1.T asks Ss to listen to the tape and finish the listening task. 2.listen and follow the tape. 2.Pair work Two students a pair, one is Amy, the other is Jeff. Make a conversation to talk more about the old things in the yard sale. Ss listen to the tape and finish the task. Ss listen and repeat. Ss work in pairs to make another conversation.设计意图听力材料的第二次运用,通过听力任务引出谈论旧物感情的几个较难的句型,通过跟读、自读,纠正单词发音和语音语调,卷入核心句型编造对话达到练习巩固的目的。
环节四:Task 2Group work: You and your friends come to Jeff’s yard sale. What happened then Four students a group , imitate the yard sale.Ss work in groups to imitate the yard sale. 设计意图延续听力材料里yard sale的大情景,创设开放性的活动让学生综合灵活的运用核心语言和谈论对旧物感情的句型。
