一.教学目标
1.能够听说读写以下句子:
I'm ill today.
What's wrong with you
I have a bad cold/fever/headache/cough.
I’m afraid I can’t go to school today.
Don't worry about your lessons.
I'll help you with your English/maths/Chinese.
2. 能够在真实语境中,知道如何打电话、生病请假。
3. 能够对生病的词汇有所了解,可以正确地表达。
4. 能够关心他人,在别人生病的时候去探望并帮助其复习功课,有正确地价值观。
5. 能够学会基本的自主学习的方法,锻炼小组合作学习的能力。
二.学情分析
学生在三年级学过学生受伤的表达方法,对如何表达有一定的了解,在四年级也学过主要句型What's wrong with you 五年级进一步的深化,让学生学会如何打电话请假,如何去探望别人,如何帮助别人,正确引导学生,形成正确地价值观,有助于学生身心的发展。五年级更注重学生语用能力的培养,创设真实情境,让学生融入情境,适时的游戏活动,激发学生的兴趣,让学生积极主动学习,培养学生语用能力。

Teaching objectives:
1. 通过学习have a stomachache, have a headache, have a cold, have a toothache, have a backache等动词词组,掌握及运用如何描述病症。
2. 能够用句型“What’s wrong with you ”“I have a …”来询问他人或描述自己的病症,提高学生实际运用英语的能力和交际能力。
Teaching importance and difficulties:
1. 动词词组have a stomachache, have a headache, have a cold, have a toothache, have a backache的发音和拼写。
2. 学习、运用句型“What’s wrong with you ”“I have a …”来询问他人或描述自己的病症。

2、教学have a cold.

At the doctor’s, the doctor told me. “I have a cold.”(ppt出示,分组读,教学完短语后板书)
3、教学have a stomachache. 视频导入,方法同上,注意短语与句子的结合练习 操练单词使用藏宝藏的游戏。齐读
4、教学have a toothche, have a backache. 先出示tooth和back复习单词,再出示牙疼和背疼的图片,让学生根据headache猜测如何表达牙疼,背疼,再练习和检测。 方法同上。
5、Practise.
1)读短语,贴图片。
2)Play a game(炸弹游戏)。
3)Say and do
三、Production
1、情景表演,呈现。
T:Now,This is the doctor and Tom. Please listen to the conversation between them, and try to find out what they are talking about.

2、创设不同的情境让学生自编对话。
3、同排练习后抽生表演。
