高考应用文写作——通知
I 文体介绍
通知是上级对下级、组织对成员或平行单位之间部署工作、传达事情或召开会议等所使用的应用文。常考的话题有活动、展览、比赛、讲座等事项通知。通知要求言简意赅、措辞得当、时间及时。通知分为口头通知和书面通知，其中，书面通知考查较频繁。

时态：一般将来时
语态：被动语态
人称：2nd & 3rd 人称
III.段落结构
Para.1 General introduction (event,purpose)
Para.2 Details about the event ( place, time, activities)
Para.3 Attention/Wishes/ Hope (deadline, attentions)
IV. 语言表达积累
1. 活动目的
With the aim of /For the purpose of/ To serve the purpose of..., With the intention/objective of ...,（为了...), 该活动is to be held.../is scheduled to be held...
活动时间，地点，主题，活动内容，注意事项。
活动时间地点的表达：
①As scheduled, it is supposed to be launched at 2:30 this Wednesday afternoon in the school hall.
②It will begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday, lasting about 2 hours.
③The meeting will be held in/at the stadium/auditorium at....
活动主题的表达
with the topic of /with the theme of 以...为主题
whose topic is/entitled/themed 以...为主题
①Our school will hold an art show themed “Most honored Worker” next week.
②An English speech contest entitled “Know More About China” is scheduled to be held in our school hall next Sunday.
介绍参加人员：
① Those who are interested in… are welcome to participate.
② Please come and join in it. Everybody is welcome to attend it.
③ The activity is designed for students who have a passion for...
活动内容：
①By then, there will be various activities that you are surely to be interested in, including ... (内容较为灵活)
②During..., a variety of activities will be presented, ranging from ...to... I bet there is bound to be one that can appeal to you.
活动要求、注意事项、期待或欢迎
（1）活动特殊要求：
①All teachers and students are required /asked to…(全体师生务必要……)
Everybody is expected to attend it on time.
②Those who want to take part are supposed to sign up for/register for it at the Student Union.
③No asking for leave without special reasons.没有特殊原因不准请假。
④Keep it in mind that no photos or food and drink are allowed in the museum. (校外)
⑤To guarantee to get there as scheduled如期，please wait at the school gate at 7∶00 am next Sunday. (校外)
⑥Please be there on time and don’t be late.
（2）表示欢迎或者期待
①Your participation will surely make a big difference.
你的参与一定会有很大的影响。
②We are expecting your attendance. 我们期待您的出席。
V.写作范本
假设你是李华，某国际学校学生会主席，你校将于下周五举行主题为 “Living Legends in My Heart”的英语演讲比赛，请你以学生会的名义写一则书面通知。
内容要点：1. 比赛的时间，地点；
2.参赛要求；
3.报名方式。
注意：
词数80词左右；2. 可适当增加细节，使内容充实，行文连贯。
Notice
With the aims of enhancing our public speaking skills, we are excited to announce that the upcoming English speech contest themed “Living Legends in My Heart” is scheduled to take place next Friday in the lecture hall.
Anyone interested in it is welcome. Participants are required to deliver a speech of no more than 5 minutes, focusing on an inspiring figure who makes a significant impact on you. Anyone from a Nobel winner to a local hero can be the chosen legend. To sign up, please submit your name, class, and the title of your speech to the Student Union by this Friday.
