新课标 第一部分 单元教学设计总思路
单元主题分析
本单元 本单元主题:食物及用餐用语。该主题属于“人与自我”“人与社会”的范畴,涉及子主题“家庭与家庭生活”“常见的职业与人民的生活”。教材以主要人物在谈论家庭相册的情景展开教学,呈现出本单元要学习的核心词汇、句型及其语用环境。通过主情景导出大任务“跟着Chen Jie评选最美家庭”,谈论家庭成员和家人职业,功能是询问与介绍。本单元主题突显,话题和核心语言保持较高的一致性,情景也和人物安排较为集中,主要谈论Amy’s family, Sarah’s family, John’s family三个西方家庭,但缺少介绍中国家庭的板块,因此在A Let’s spell 中创编短文,介绍Chen Jie’s family,让学生在有关联性和递进性的学习活动中了解中西方文化差异,形成正确的家庭观,知道如何维护、欣赏、爱护家庭。

学情分析
本单元是人教版英语(三年级起点)四年级上册第六单元,本单元隶属总话题“family”下的一个知识点,主要围绕“家庭成员和家人职业"这个话题,重点学习更多的家庭成员名称及一些简单的职业。四年级的学生,他们在三年级下册学习过介绍家庭成员称呼的词汇和句型:mother(mum), father(dad), woman, man, grandfather,Who’s that man/ woman She’s/ He’s my father/ mother等;在四年级上册学习过介绍人物外貌和性格特征的单词和句型:strong, friendly, quiet, He is..., He has...,为本单元的学习奠定了基础。本单元继续了解更多的家庭成员及其职业,讨论、评价并形成好的家庭标准。同时本单元中所谈论到的家人的职业,也是为六年级上册第五单元What does he do 这个关于职业的话题做了铺垫,起到承前启后的作用。从低年级到高年级,家人及职业上的话题一直贯穿始终,并且对于该话题意义层面上的渗透却逐步提升。
