本节课将听力和口语融入本单元的复习中，以home为话题，以与家园相关的wh-questions为框架，穿插适量的听力和朗读训练，提高学生们的听说能力。在课堂教学中，不断地用loudly, clearly, correctly和fluently评价和激励学生，并对学生的听力,阅读和写作的训练，努力提高学生们的听说读写能力，以期在中考的人机对话考试中取得优异的成绩。
