(2)能读懂有关学习方法的说明类文章。 2.学习能力 (1)进一步训练Skimming和Scanning阅读技能。 (2)学会运用字典理解短文内容。 (3)能给出观点和典例进行说明。 3.思维品质 (1)通过罗列“四个学习习惯”让学生意识到养成良好习惯的重要性; (2)通过原因分析和典例培养学生深度思考的习惯和批判思维的意识。 4.文化意识 (1)通过学习优秀者的好习惯,引导学生关注好的学习方式,借鉴并用于自身。 (2)能意识“熟能生巧”等道理,并积极运用在自己的学习方法上。

Make students read the passage carefully, and complete the following tasks: Read Paragraph 1 and complete the sentences. Read paragraph 2-5 and say the good habits. Read Paragraph 3 and answer the questions. Read Paragraph 4 and complete the mind map. Read Paragraph 5 and choose the correct answer. Read Paragraph 6 and fill in the blanks. Task Three:Post-reading Ask students to think of other ways to become a successful learner and discuss in groups, then share ideas with the class. Make students read the passage again and answer the six questions in 2c, then check answers. (2c) Ask students to look up the words from the passage in the dictionary. Then write a sentence for each word. Then read their sentences to their group-mates. (2d) Have a discussion with partners and share ideas with the class.
