投诉信/抱怨信
投诉信一般的套路就是:
第一段:表明身份+写信目的:投诉/抱怨(表达担忧)。
第二段:投诉的理由第一第二第三......这给我带来很多不便。
第三段:希望对方关注投诉,期望对方尽早解决问题
(写作语气,不卑不亢,客观礼貌)
夺人眼球的开头句:
I am writing this letter to express my increasingly–growing concerns/worries brought by...
I feel sorry to trouble you but I am afraid that I have to make a complaint about the problems caused by...
I am writing to express my disappointment/dissatisfaction about...
I am most reluctant(犹豫的) to complain, but...
Dissatisfied with...I couldn’t feel more annoyed so I cannot help but make an immediate complaint.
两点出彩篇中句:
As far as I’m concerned, you’d better (not)...,if so(not), which can...
Worse still,...(不良做法1) ,causing me much inconvenience/trouble.
Much to my dissatisfaction,...(不良做法2).
韵味无穷结尾句:
I wish to draw your immediate attention to the problem and take action to address it as soon as possible.
I strongly request that the effective measures should be taken to deal with this problem.
I would be grateful if you could take my complaint seriously and get it settled as soon as possible.
