一：excuse:
1)vt.原谅：Excuse me！请原谅，劳驾。
2）n.借口： It's an excuse.
二：me 我，是代词，作宾格，也就是me作宾语。

三：Excuse me的用法
常译作“对不起”，但它并不表示你有什么过错，而是常用于与陌生人搭话，打断别人的说话或从别人身边挤过，“对不起，打扰一下”“劳驾”，而做错事向别人道谢，则用sorry.

四：yes 的用法
1)是的，对一般疑问句的肯定回答。

2)升调表示某种不肯定或询问之意，“什么事？”(注意这时yes后的标点符号是“ ”)

用于请求对方把刚才说过的话重复一遍，全句为“I beg your pardon .”(注意:两种说法后面的标点符号不一样)
Is： Be 动词现在时第三人称单数，“是”
1）is用于单数名词或单数第三人称代词。
He is a student.他是一个学生。
That's an egg.那是一个鸡蛋。
This is a pen.这是一支钢笔。
this 这（代词） that 那（代词）
英语中的人称代词
一、人称代词
表示“我”、“你”、“他”、“她”、“它”、“我们”、“你们”、“他们”的词，叫做人称代词。人称代词有人称、数和格的变化，见下表：

人称代词主格：作主语，表示谁怎么样了、干什么了。
I am a teacher.

We/You/They are students.
人称代词宾格作宾语，表示动作行为的对象。

由 Is this … 引导的一般疑问句：“这是……吗？ ”
1〕 肯定回答 Yes ,it is
2〕 否定回答 No, it isn’t
☆it 代词，“它”，代指一切单数事物。
☆isn’t 是 is not 的 缩写形式
not 表示否定含义
例:Is this your pencil
