Finish off the exercises of Let’s try individually.

Develop the students’ ability of observation.
Train students to use language power synthetically.

Play a guessing game:Who’s she/he
Present the stars’ age,lead in new teaching and read the sentences.
Pair-Work: Talk about the stars’ age in Pairs
④Pair-Work :Talk about their own age in Pairs.
⑤Present the stars’ height, help them learn and understand ,
then read the sentences together.
⑥Pair-Work: Talk about the stars’ height in pairs.
⑦Pair-Work: Talk about their own height in pairs.
Consolidation and Extension: Try to say some comparative degree of adjectives.
Relaxation: Listen and try to sing “My small cat”
Read a short passage and help me find out “Who is who ”
Go on teaching to learn new words , expressions in real situations
Teach some key sentences, help them understand the sentences in real situations.

Listen twice and finish off the exercises of “Let’s try”.
Check the answer.

Listen twice, think about the questions, and answer the questions.

Read the dialogues together first.
Divide the whole class in two groups, read in roles.
④Pair-Work:Read the dialogues with partners in pairs.
⑤I’ll select several pairs to come to the blackboard and act it out.

Step 3. Practice.
Group-Work: Four students a group, do a survey ,practice the dialogues in groups. Then I’ll ask several groups to act out the dialogues.
Step 4.Homework.
Do a survey about your friends’ height and age, the practice the dialogues in your group.
Recite and copy the four-skill sentences twice.
