一.语篇研读,主题分析(What How Why )
1.What
新课标要求我们实行单元整体教学,深入开展语篇研读、践行英语学习活动观和推动教学评一体化并通过我们的教学活动培养学生正确的核心素养,价值观。这节课是采用主题式话题复习,探讨中国传统文化话题,涉及到的是新课标中“人与社会”的主题,历史、 社会、文化子主题。
2.How
这节课以茶文化为主,其他几个话题为辅,用一系列任务活动促进学生的听说读写能力的提升。通过任务,让学生参与合作探究,能够运用所学表达方式进行自由阐述,同时也培养学生发展并传承中国文化的品格,培养学生的民族自豪感,增强学生爱国意识。
3.Why
话题内容均属于中国文化中具有代表意义的传统艺术,是拓展学生的民族文化意识,跨文化意识,建立人类命运共同体意识,传播中华传统优秀文化,体现文化自信等方面极佳的落脚点。
二、课程六要素整合
这节课有机整合了主题语篇、语言知识、文化知识、语言技能、学习策略六要素。主题是人与历史 社会文化政治,在前期扎实处理语言知识的基础上,.积极深入了解中国传统文化现象,学会用所学语言知识表达现象 观点 思想:像穿越到现在的古人介绍茶的意外发现,文化使者介绍茶文化等等。在文化知识的学习中,引导了学生通过感知、比较、分析、鉴赏,深入理解文化的意涵。学生通过参与丰富多样的活动,体验对比不同的文化,提高了对文化的敏感度,进一步转化为个人的具有正确价值取向的意识、认知、行为和品格,内化于心,外化于形。
三、学情分析
八年级学生经过两年的英语学习,已经有了一定的英语基础和学习习惯。他们对英语学习有一定的认知和兴趣,但也存在着个体差异。在之前的学习中,他们已经接触过一些关于中国传统文化的内容,如节日(春节、中秋节等)、传统技艺(剪纸、书法等)。他们对这些文化元素有一定的直观认识,但在英语表达方面可能相对薄弱。部分学生对中国传统文化的理解停留在表面,缺乏深入的认知。如:他们可能知道传统节日的时间和一些常见活动,但对于其背后的文化内涵和历史意义了解不够。部分学生普遍认识到了解中国传统文化在英语学习中的重要性,认为这不仅可以提高英语水平,还能增强文化自信。然而,也有一些学生觉得学习中国传统文化在英语中的表达有一定难度,存在畏难情绪。
四、教学策略
这节课采用主题式话题复习,以“中国传统文化”为主题,整合采用任务型教学,让学生通过合作探究,提升核心素养。本节课以学生演讲导入课题,然后通过大量的图片,视频,丰富教学手段。从话题畅谈,到情境表演,从课文复述到视频配音,层层任务,环环相扣,尽可能地让学生自由阐述,达到教学目标。
五. 教学目标
Revision objectives:
1. Knowledge objectives:
Learn to use the words, phrases ,sentence patterns and the passive voice in these two units
2. Ability objectives:
Students can describe something about the Chinese traditional culture .
Students can improve their listening ,speaking ,reading and writing skills through the practice.
3. Moral objectives:
Students can learn to love, inherit(传承) ,spread and develop our traditional culture !
4. Learning strategy: Students can work in groups and cooperate with each other.
六.教学重难点
The key teaching points:
Students can describe something about the Chinese traditional culture .
The difficult teaching points:
1. Students can improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills through the practice.
2. Students can learn to love, inherit(传承) ,spread and develop our traditional culture !
七. 教学过程
Step 1. Lead -in
Class report-Cheer for our motherland.
(设计意图:以学生演讲中提到的中华五千年文明导入课题,然后列出与课文相关的中国传统文化的图片,进而进入主题茶文化。)

(设计意图:积极深入了解中国传统文化现象,学会用所学语言知识表达现象、观点、思想。利用三个情景设计,像穿越到现在的古人介绍茶的意外发现,文化使者介绍茶文化、给丝绸之路配音环节,在文化知识的学习中,引导了学生通过感知、比较、分析、鉴赏,深入理解文化的意涵。学生通过参与丰富多样的活动,体验对比不同的文化,坚定信仰 提升文化自信 提升跨文化交流沟通能力。)

Step 5 热点话题:阅读还原 5 选 5(限时训练-----当堂测评)
Migu Video is now showing the BBC documentary, One Cup, A Thousand Stories. It was filmed for three years in 13 countries across six continents(大洲), ____1____ on daily life in different places, as well as showing the plantations and picking skills.
