Sleep is like food for the brain(大脑). Enough sleep helps the body and brain to grow and develop. However, many Chinese people do not sleep well, and many do not care about sleep. How to sleep well Above all, get enough sleep. Seven to nine hours of sleep every night is perfect for an adult, and eight to nine hours of sleep is the best for a teenager.
Having good sleep habits is also important. Here are three suggestions to help you have good sleep habits.
·Keep away from your cell phone or computer for at least an hour before sleeping. The light from your phone or computer keeps your brain excited for a long time. ·Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends and during holidays. ·Do the same relaxing things before going to bed each night, like listening to soft music.
