Why wasn’t Wang Peng’s restaurant full of people eating his fried meat and vegetables with helpings of ice cream and sugary cola as usual Wang Peng followed one of his customers to a new restaurant called Yong Hui’s Slimming Restaurant that promised to help people lose weight by eating less fat. Its thin hostess invited Wang Peng to come in and eat raw vegetables, fruit and water that cost more than the meals in his restaurant. Was his restaurant serving too much fat Wang Peng decided to do some research. He found that his restaurant did serve too much fat but he also found that Yong Hui’s served too little. Her customers might get thin but they would have no energy. Perhaps with lower prices and a new sign focusing on feeling fit and energetic he could get his customers back. The competition was on.
