Nevertheless, we can’t turn a blind eye to the problems. Over-tourism has led to severe environmental stress in some areas. The beautiful coral reefs in the Maldives are being damaged by the increasing number of tourists and their related activities. Socially, the influx of outsiders can disrupt the local way of life. Traditional housing areas are being replaced by hotels and resorts.
In my view, we should pursue sustainable tourism. We need to set limits on visitor numbers, invest in environmental protection, and encourage cultural conservation. Let’s make tourism a sustainable force that benefits everyone. Thank you!

Greetings! It’s a great privilege to stand before you and discuss tourism development. Nowadays, traveling has become a global passion, and tourism development holds the key to many opportunities.
The advantages are obvious. Economically, it has the power to turn underdeveloped regions into prosperous ones. In parts of Africa, safari tourism has not only brought in foreign exchange but also improved infrastructure. Culturally, it encourages the exchange of ideas.
