一、写作提纲
第一段:引入话题
以热情的问候开场,吸引听众注意力,如 “Good morning/afternoon, dear ladies and gentlemen! It’s truly an honor to stand here and share my insights with you all today.”
简要提及旅游在当今世界的普及性或重要性,自然引出 “tourism development” 这个主题,例如 “In our increasingly globalized world, tourism has emerged as a significant force that shapes economies, cultures, and lives. Today, let’s delve into the fascinating topic of tourism development.”
第二段:分析利弊
阐述益处:
从经济层面展开,列举具体数据或实例说明旅游业如何带动当地 GDP 增长、创造就业岗位,如 “According to recent statistics, in many tourist destinations, the tourism industry contributes over 30% to the local GDP. It has directly or indirectly created thousands of jobs, ranging from hotel management to souvenir manufacturing.”
文化交流方面,讲述游客与当地人互动促进文化融合、传承传统技艺的故事,“When tourists visit a place, they not only bring in revenue but also exchange ideas. In a small village in Thailand, the influx of tourists has revived the local silk-weaving tradition as visitors show great interest and locals are eager to pass it on.”
剖析弊端:
环境问题上,描述热门景点垃圾堆积、生态破坏的现状,“Sadly, we often witness the negative impacts on the environment. Take some renowned beaches as an example. After peak tourist seasons, they are littered with plastic waste, endangering marine life and spoiling the natural beauty.”
社会文化方面,分析过度商业化导致传统文化扭曲、居民生活受干扰的现象,“Moreover, the over-commercialization in certain areas has led to the dilution of local cultures. Traditional festivals have turned into commercial spectacles, losing their original charm and meaning, and the tranquility of local communities has been disrupted.”

三、写作示范
(一)
Good evening, honorable judges and dear friends!
I am extremely excited to be here tonight to talk about tourism development. In this modern era, tourism has become an inseparable part of our lives. It’s like a vibrant thread that weaves together different corners of the world.
On the plus side, tourism is a golden key to economic prosperity. In Bali, Indonesia, for instance, the booming tourism has transformed the local economy. Small fishing villages have evolved into bustling tourist hubs, providing jobs for countless locals. Culturally, it’s a window to the world. When we visit foreign lands, we learn about their unique customs, music, and art forms. It broadens our horizons and fosters mutual respect.
Nevertheless, we can’t turn a blind eye to the problems. Over-tourism has led to severe environmental stress in some areas. The beautiful coral reefs in the Maldives are being damaged by the increasing number of tourists and their related activities. Socially, the influx of outsiders can disrupt the local way of life. Traditional housing areas are being replaced by hotels and resorts.
In my view, we should pursue sustainable tourism. We need to set limits on visitor numbers, invest in environmental protection, and encourage cultural conservation. Let’s make tourism a sustainable force that benefits everyone. Thank you!

Ladies and gentlemen,
Greetings! It’s a great privilege to stand before you and discuss tourism development. Nowadays, traveling has become a global passion, and tourism development holds the key to many opportunities.
The advantages are obvious. Economically, it has the power to turn underdeveloped regions into prosperous ones. In parts of Africa, safari tourism has not only brought in foreign exchange but also improved infrastructure. Culturally, it encourages the exchange of ideas. Tourists get to taste local cuisine, which in turn promotes the spread of unique food cultures.
However, there are downsides too. The environment is taking a hit. In some mountainous regions, the construction of ski resorts has led to deforestation and soil erosion. Culturally, the rapid commercialization has made some local traditions seem like mere shows for tourists.
Personally, I advocate for a balanced approach. We should develop tourism while keeping environmental and cultural integrity intact. By promoting eco-tourism and cultural education, we can ensure that tourism development is a boon rather than a bane. Let’s work towards a better future for tourism. Thank you!
(三)
Dear audience,
Hello! I am delighted to have this chance to share my thoughts on tourism development. In today’s interconnected world, tourism is a significant phenomenon that impacts our lives in multiple ways.
Firstly, tourism development is a major economic driver. In Dubai, the iconic skyscrapers and luxury resorts have been built with tourism in mind. It has created a huge employment market, from construction workers to hospitality professionals. Culturally, it helps preserve and revive traditions. Many ancient crafts in Europe have been kept alive because tourists show interest.
But we must be aware of the drawbacks. The overcrowding of tourist sites like Venice has led to problems such as water pollution and housing shortages. Culturally, the influx of tourists can lead to the homogenization of cultures.
In conclusion, I believe that with proper planning and management, tourism can be developed sustainably. We should focus on quality rather than quantity. Let’s make tourism a means to enhance our global community while protecting our precious resources. Thank you!
应用文写作参考答案
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am delighted to stand here and share my thoughts on tourism development. Like any coin, it has two sides.
The main argument for it is that, apart from creating job opportunities, it helps visitors to experience local traditions. On the other hand, opponents claim that it runs the risk of pollution and habitat destruction. In addition, tourism development can also change the way local people live, sometimes making them feel left out with their traditions lost.
In my opinion, despite creating job chances, tourism development is to blame for the loss of cultural identity. We should manage it responsibly and then we can enjoy its economic benefits without leaving the culture of our community at risk.
