Book 2 Unit 1 Cultural Relics Learning about language Analysis of the teaching material This teaching period mainly deals with the important words and sentence patterns. How to let the students master the usage of these new words in an easy way is what I am always striving for. I try to make some sentences to describe something that students are interested in.
Analysis of the students Students often find it boring and difficult to learn some words , so it is necessary to make the class interesting by connecting the class with their daily life or something they are interested in.
Teaching Aims (1) Knowledge aim
Enable the students to learn the usage of the key words and sentence patterns in this part.
(2)Ability aim
Enable the students to use the key words and sentence patterns correctly and properly in context.
(3)Moral aims
Get the students to become interested in vocabulary learning. Develop the students’ team spirit.
Raise the students’ awareness of using English in their daily life.
