英语写作指导 高级句式之名词性从句
主语从句、表语从句、宾语从句和同位语从句是写作中常用的高级句式。正确运用名词性从句,会提升文章的可读性,给文章增色很多。
1.主语从句在写作中的应用
What interests me most is the success stories of world-famous people.
我最感兴趣的是世界名人的成功故事。
It’s widely acknowledged that China boasts abundant and unique culture with its long history.
众所周知,中国拥有丰富而独特的文化和悠久的历史。
2.表语从句在写作中的应用
From him, I realise the secret to success is not where you were born, but what you are doing in your life.
从他身上,我意识到成功的秘诀不在于你生于何处,而在于在你的人生中你正在做什么。
What I want to know is whether you can help me revise the English play.
我想知道的是你是否能帮我修改这个英语剧本。
