Last Sunday, my friends and I went to the riverside park. We decided to fly a kite. As the kite flew higher, it got caught in a tall tree. Tom tried to climb the tree to get it, but his pants got stuck on a branch. We all burst out laughing. Then we came up with the idea of using a long stick. After several attempts, we finally managed to get the kite down.
This story taught me that even when things go wrong, we can still find joy in the process. I hope you'll like it.

I’m Li Hua, a Senior Two student of our school. I’d like to share a funny story about myself that happened last Monday. After breakfast, I went to school in such a hurry that I accidentally put on two different shoes. When I entered the classroom, my friends found that I was wearing two different shoes and couldn’t help laughing. It was embarrassing at first, but I soon realized the humor in the situation.
I felt a bit silly, but it also taught me to slow down and pay more attention to details. It’s a day I won’t forget, and it’s a great reminder to find humor in small things in our life.
