教学目标
1. 能听、说、读、写词汇:play the violin, do eye exercises, play sports, learn English, have a rest, take out the book。
2. 能在适当的语境下运用上述词汇。
教学重难点
1.学生可以熟练说出在一天相应时间段自己一般在做什么活动;
2.掌握本节课所学习的短语,并能熟练运用。
教学准备
(1)Look and circle部分的图片或PPT。
(2)实物钟表、足球、小提琴、装着书本的包。
(3)Let’s learn部分的词汇卡片或PPT以及录音。

Ⅰ. 课程导入(Leading In)
ⅰ. 课前热身
师生课前问候过程中,不仅要照顾到学生新学期的不适应,还要照顾到通过三年学习后学生之间形成的差距,以帮助反应慢的学生树立起学习的信心。师生会话交流这样开始:
Hello, boys and girls! Welcome back to school!
Nice to see you again! How’s your holiday
How are you
ⅱ. 新课导入 Part A Warming-up: Look and circle
借助所准备的足球、小提琴导入新课:
T: Hi, boys and girls, now we are back at school. Every day, I teach you English. Sometimes I play football and play the violin. What do you do every day
接下来引导学生完成本单元Warming-up中的第一个活动Look and circle,可借助图片或者PPT展示本部分的内容,让学生说出图中各活动所对应的词汇,同时配以相应的动作进行复习,最后让他们圈出各自常做的活动。之后,可以组织学生以链式游戏的方式回答问题,学生可以选择自己日常所做的活动并配以动作进行描述。要注意学生回答问题时所运用的动词形式是否正确,如:
S1: I watch TV every day.
S2: S1 watches TV every day. I do my homework every day.
S3: S1 watches TV every day. S2 does his / her homework every day. I cook the meal every day.
S4: ...
Ⅱ. 课程展示活动和过程的设计(Presentation)
ⅰ. 新课展示 Part A Let’s learn
承接上一环节,通过实物、PPT图片、词汇卡片或P2的主图展示进行短语的新授。
本节课所学习的短语都与日常活动有关,所以可以随着一天中的时间顺序来展开这些活动。要注意输入时间的表达,在教授过程中做适当的练习即可。
1. 向学生出示实物钟表或时间的卡片,与学生展开对话:
T: Look at the clock. What time is it (将钟表的指针拨到7点)
Ss: It’s seven o’clock in the morning.
T: Yes. It’s seven o’clock in the morning. I have breakfast at seven in the morning. What do you usually do at seven in the morning
Ss: I ... (请几名学生作答)
拨动实物钟表,让学生感知时间。
T: OK. Now it’s eight o’clock. (边从包里往外拿书边说)We usually take out the books and learn English.
板书并领读短语take out the book和learn English,然后引导学生练习短语。
T: Now boys and girls, please take out your books.
Ss:(引导学生说) OK. We are taking out our books.
T: Let’s learn English.
Ss:(引导学生说) Let’s learn English.
T: What do you usually do at eight in the morning
Ss:(引导学生说) We take out the books and learn English.
2. 继续拨动实物钟表,让钟表走到10点,与学生展开会话并引出短语have a rest, do eye exercises。
T: How about ten o’clock (出示have a rest图片,然后做眼保健操)At ten o’clock, we have a rest and do eye exercises.
板书并领读短语have a rest 和 do eye exercises。
Ss: We ...(学生回答之后,可让他们尝试造句,开始练习这个短语)
3. 继续拨动实物钟表,让钟表走到4点半。
T: What time is it now
Ss: It’s four thirty.
T: At four thirty in the afternoon, I usually play the violin.(做拉小提琴的样子) I like to play the violin. Who can play the violin in our class Can you play the violin, S1
S1: Yes. / No.
T: What do you usually do at four thirty in the afternoon Do you play sports (做做运动的样子)
Ss: Yes.
T/Ss:(引导学生说)We usually play sports at four thirty in the afternoon.
板书并领读短语play the violin和play sports。
4. 播放录音,要求学生模仿其语音语调跟读Let’s learn部分的词汇。
ⅱ. 巩固活动
1. 借助词汇卡片与学生进行问答,巩固新学短语。
2. 出示词汇卡片,让学生看到短语后做出正确的动作;紧接着可以增加难度,让学生看到图片后能说出正确的短语;还可以请学生看到出示的图片后做动作,请部分学生在讲台上猜说正确的短语。
Ⅲ. 操练活动的设计与实施(Practice Activities)
出示时间图片,让学生思考并说出在相应时间段大家一般在做什么活动。如:早上10点 — do eye exercises / learn English,中午1点 — have a rest等。也可增加难度,同时出示时间和一张图卡,让学生做出正确的动作,并且说出一个完整的句子。如:将钟表指针拨到4点,并向学生出示拉小提琴的图片,学生则说句子:I play the violin at four o’clock in the afternoon. 在练习中进一步强化时间的表达和短语的运用。
