T: Dear kids, have you ever seen your parents or elder brothers and sisters using those colourful apps on their phones when they exercise Or maybe you've seen people jogging in the park early in the morning or kids skateboarding in the square on weekends. They all look so energetic. Do you wonder why they do these forms of exercise What benefits do you think these forms of exercise can bring to them (Let students raise their hands and share their thoughts in English, like “It makes them happy” or “They can run faster”.)
T: You all have such great ideas! Today, we're going to learn more about how exercise is good for us in different ways.

Study of the Text
