学情分析
本 本单元是人教版英语(三年级起点)四年级下册第一单元，本单元重点学习学校科室及功能室的名称、分布和不同的功能。要求学生能够听说认读这些课室的单词，说出每个科室的不同功用，并简单介绍学校校舍的分布情况。 学生在三年级已经学过用Where is it It's .. .来询问并回答位置;在四年级上册又学习了My classroom,能简单介绍教室里的物品， 并能用句型Where is the ... It’s in/on/under/near...问答物品的位置等，另外，学习教室物品名称时已学过teacher's desk,在教授新词teachers' office 时可借用迁移法进行导入，并引导学生观察两个短语的异同。在教学过程中，对于学习困难的学生，可通过请学生复述老师的话或是复述同学的回答，让学生对老师和同学的发言引起注意，让学生意识到要仔细听别人的说话。对于学习还不错，但是不愿或害怕发言的学生，课堂中教师主动请他们表达其意见，培养他们良好的学习英语的习惯。通过本单元的学习，围绕询问校园里面场所及其位置这一主题,设计一系列基于真实情景的教学活动，学生能够感受到学校的漂亮与温馨,从而激发对学校的热爱,懂得向他人介绍自己的学校。
二、单元整体设计思路
围绕单元主题，深挖各课时话题。本单元要学习的核心词汇：teachers' office，library，first floor, second floor, music room, computer room, art room, playground,等 。在单元主题意义的引领下，以“My school ” 为主题，教师创设贴近学生学习生活的真实情境，设计层层深入的教学活动，带领学生通过观察、探究、体验等方式学习有关“校园开放日，招聘小小解说员，介绍自己的学校”的交际用语。语篇核心词汇核心句型学习内容学习时长学习目标A learnteachers' office，library，first floor, second floorWhere is the ... 语篇研读（附图）
本节课是词汇篇， 主要学习4个功能场所名词， 根据图片， 音频， 书写等让学生从听觉、视觉直观感知本节课的核心词汇和句型，会运用所学句型问答学校是否有某个功能性场所。再通过Wu Binbin 和John一起谈论学校是否有某个功能性场所， 一起巩固句型和词汇Do you have ... Yes, we do. 或No, we don’t. 更利于学生理解，了解如何问答学校是否有某个功能场所， 以及如何表达场所的位置等， 引导学生要热爱自己的学校。
