I Have Changed a Lot
How time flies! I’m in Grade 9 and I have changed a lot in the last few years.
I used to be short, but now I’m one of the tallest students in my class. I used to be shy and quiet, but now I’m more outgoing.
The most important change in my life is that I have made much progress in English learning. In the past, I didn’t like my English class. Every class was like a bad dream. I didn’t understand my teacher most of time and I was afraid to ask questions. But my English teacher encouraged me a lot and gave me some useful suggestions. For example, she advised me to learn English by listening to tapes and repeating out loud. She also told me to have more conversations with other students. I worked hard as what she told me. With her help, I really enjoy my English class now and I often get good grades in English exams.
From the experience, I’ve learned that nothing is difficult if we put our heart into it. So whenever we meet difficulties, just try our best and challenge ourselves. Then we can make it!
