当患者进餐过于急促或进餐时与人大声说笑从而导致食物卡在咽喉部或患者不小心吞咽异物等情况,使异物进入气道,发生呼吸道梗阻,患者出现呼吸困难甚至窒息、昏迷、心脏停跳,可用海姆立克急救法(Heimlich Maneuver)立即进行急救。
海姆立克急救法是利用肺部残余气体,按压腹部形成气流冲出梗阻异物,使患者恢复正常呼吸。
