Healthy living habits can help us lead a happy life. I'd like to share some useful ideas with you.
First of all, enough sleep is of great importance. Teenagers need 8 to 10 hours' sleep every day to be full of energy. Second, it's good for us to have a balanced diet. We are supposed to stay away from junk food and eat more fruit, vegetables and other nutritious food. Third, we should stick to doing sports. It can make us strong and help us stay in shape. One more thing. It's a good idea to wash our hands more often to protect ourselves.
All in all, let's get into healthy living habits so that we can live a comfortable life.
