一、一般现在时
定义及构成
(1) 定义:一般现在时表示经常性、习惯性的动作或存在的状态。
(2)构成:一般现在时有两种形式:
① be 动词型:句子的谓语动词是is,am 或 are。
e.g. She is ten years old. 她十岁了。
② 实义动词型:句中的谓语动词用实义动词,若主语是第三人称单数,谓语动词用单三形式。
e.g. She likes table tennis very much. 她非常喜欢乒乓球。

e.g. He was late yesterday. 昨天他迟到了。
②主谓( 宾) 结构
e.g. He won the school English speech competition yesterday.

用法
常与一般过去时连用的时间状语有:yesterday, last night, just now, ten years ago, at that time, in the past, in 2008 等。
e.g. I visited the Great Wall last weekend.

三、一般将来时
定义及构成
(1) 定义:表示在将来的某个时间或某段时间里将要发生的动作或存在的状态。
(2) 构成:主要有两种形式:be going to + 动词原形;will 或shall + 动词原形。
用法
(1) be going to + 动词原形,表示计划、打算做某事,还可表示“预见”。
e.g. I’m going to play basketball this afternoon.
我今天下午要去打篮球。
(2)will 或shall + 动词原形。
e.g. This time next week I shall be in Beijing.
下周这个时候我就在北京了。
(3) 当动词具有明显的方向性时,如:come, go, leave 等,可以用进行时表将来。
e.g. The summer holiday is coming. 暑假要到来了。
(4) be + about + to do 也可以表示将要发生的动作,后面一般不跟时间状语。
e.g. We are about to leave. 我们要走了。
(5) 与tomorrow, next week, in the future等时间状语连用。
e.g. In the near future, China will send astronauts to the Moon and explore the Moon.
在不久的将来,中国将派遣宇航员前往月球并探索月球。

四、现在进行时
定义及构成
(1) 定义:表示现在或目前正在进行或发生的动作。
(2) 构成:be + 动词的现在分词。

用法
常与now, at the moment, these days 等时间状语连用。
e.g. Look! Some students are helping clean up the snow at the gate now.
