Animals in danger
Many animals around the world are in danger. Here are two examples.
The blue whale lives in oceans around the world. It is the largest animal in the world, but it feeds on one of the smallest animals. Some people kill the whales. There may be only about 3, 000 blue whales left.
The wild Bactrian camel lives in Mongolia and the northwest of China. It is a large camel, and the only kind of camel in the world with two humps. There are only about 1, 000 Bactrian camels left in the wild.

一、作宾语补足语。
考向:动词+宾语+不定式(作宾补)
常加宾语后再加不定式的动词:ask, choose, expect, hate, help, like, love, invite, prefer, want, wish...

五、省去to 的动词不定式。
(1) 使役动词 let, have, make 后,感官动词 see, watch, notice, observe, hear, feel 等后。注意:在被动语态中 to不能省。

(2)would rather, had better 结构后。
(3)Why don’t sb.... / Why not... 结构后。
(4) help 后 可 带 to, 也可不带 to, help sb.(to) do sth.。
(5) but 和 except 后。but 前的谓语动词部分若含有 do 的形式时,后面出现的不定式要省去 to。
e.g. He wants to do nothing but go out.
他不想做任何事只想出去。
(6) 由and, or和than连接的两个不定式,第二个 to 可以省去。
e.g. My job is to look after the children and teach them English.
我的工作是照顾孩子们并教他们英语。
(7) 通常在 discover, imagine, suppose, think 等词后作宾补时,可以省去 to be。
e.g. She had supposed him(to be) nice. 她原以为他是个好人。
