Dr Zheng: Hello, I'm Dr Zheng. Life isn't always easy. Sometimes, we meet problems. What shall we do Let's take Kate and Mike for example. This morning, they both missed their school bus. Let's listen to Kate first.
Kate: I waved but the bus just went away. I had to run all the way to school. My legs hurt. And I missed the presentation. What a bad day!
Dr Zheng: Now let's listen to Mike.
