How to Keep Healthy
As we all know, health is more important than wealth. It is a hot topic these days. Here are some ways to keep healthy.
First of all, we should spend at least an hour doing sports every day. Running, swimming and playing basketball are all good choices. Exercise can make us stronger and more energetic.
Secondly, we need to have enough rest and get enough sleep. A good sleep can help our body and mind recover from tiredness. We should go to bed early and get up early.
Thirdly, a healthy diet is very necessary. We should eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and stay away from junk food. Also, try to reduce the time spent in front of the computer, as it can cause eye problems and other health issues.
Finally, keeping a happy mood is also crucial. We should learn to deal with stress and face difficulties with a positive attitude.
